I had a great stay at Le Carré Hue Hotel. The rooms are very new, clean, and well-maintained, which made my stay really comfortable. The location is also very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to get around. What impressed me the most was the staff – they were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hue

Great view on poolside rooms on the river, good wifi, nice staff and very helpful reception and housekeeping. It is very cebtrally for cultural sights but a party area so be prepared that music is playing until half past midnight; the hotel informed us very professional before and it was not an issue for us used to noice cancelling headsets. Thank you guys and see you next time.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations, especially considering the price. The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and very well kept. The bed was great, and we slept really well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of delicious options. We would definitely come back!

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Our double room had glass walls that brought wonderful natural light into the space. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, always available whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was also very abundant with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

I have stayed at many 5-star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An, and Da Nang, and this hotel offers the best customer service. You should be very proud of your service and your staff, who truly deliver a 5-star luxury experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and assisted with my luggage immediately. Wennie checked me in with outstanding customer service. Wennie, you are truly at a Forbes standard for front desk staff, calm, professional, and genuinely hospitable, with personalized service. Great job! She provided me with all the information about the hotel facilities and dining options and personalized the conversation by congratulating me on my anniversary trip. This was an absolutely phenomenal experience and I was shocked to learn that this is a 3-star hotel. She escorted me to the lift and showed me how to use it. This is a luxury standard! Wennie, you are mentioned in all my conversation if I talks about the trip and the hotel. The room and the housekeeping service team were above and beyond my expectations. They folded my T-shirts and hung them neatly when I left them on the bed. The room service was absolutely fantastic. To the management team, you have a great asset in Wennie and your housekeeping team. I have stayed at luxury hotels around the world, and your staff and service are truly amazing. If I had the chance to nominate a hotel for Forbes recognition, this hotel would be the best in customer service and guest experience in Hue. With your team and service, this hotel deserves to be 4 stars. A negative aspect of this hotel is that the room is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures. Also, the music from the nearby bar is very loud, even though I stayed on the 8th floor. However, the service here exceeded my expectations. When I checked in, Wennie informed me about the music situation and reassured me that the volume would be reduced later in the evening. She also offered earplugs if needed, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, I would suggest that the welcome amenities feel less like items from the breakfast pantry and be more personalised. A handwritten welcome letter would also add a thoughtful touch. These small details can make a big difference, especially for guests who are more particular Thank you, Wennie and team, for a memorable stay. I will be your loyal guest whenever I return to Hue.

It’s a pretty cool and clean hotel, in a very good location in the center of Hue, right next to the walking area with all the restaurants and bars. The building is cool if you like that type, it basically looks like a red Western office building. No balconies, just fixed windows with a very small opening part. Balconies or proper windows would have been ofc better. It’s new, they say they’re open since just 8 months as of mid-April 2026. But we were a bit let down to be honest, a lot about this hotel it’s either not (yet) set up, or simply poorly managed, as sadly so often it’s the case in VN. The “gym” we were promised in our reservation is actually an empty room with quite dirty floor, with just 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, and 3 pairs of small dumbbells going up to just 10kg. The “cafe” they brag about at the ground floor doesn’t exist, they only had some unpacked furniture. The same for the “shopping gallery”, nothing there. There’s no cold filtered drinking water to drink fill your bottle anywhere. I had to go to the restaurant for some warm water from the lady there, IF I was lucky enough to find her (sometimes I wasn’t). The room was cool but very small, big panoramic windows but not cleaned properly, walls already full of smudges from previous visitors, lamps next to the bed full of dust. The TV had some kind of dumb custom software installed plus a minimalist remote with 3 buttons, that didn’t allow you to do any settings - no pairing your Bluetooth headphones, no adjusting the brightness or colors, and even if it was “smart”, no Netflix, just YouTube. So I couldn’t watch even some YouTube, as I was disturbing my partner who needed to work on her laptop. And in the evening it was anyway way way too bright to watch before bed, and that was just fixed, couldn’t be adjusted because of the software + remote. At the pool area - empty dirty glasses and full ashtrays next to the sun beds, nobody was cleaning them for hours. But in the meantime, the employee was sitting behind the bar, scrolling on his smartphone. The breakfast was ok, but they didn’t really pay attention to refilling the food, they had to be told; no eggs etc. Breakfast only until 9:30, so you’ll have to wake up quite early in your holiday if you want to have it. We’d have preferred 10:30-11:00, but we had to just sleep less. The common spaces didn’t have A/C. We had to wait 20min after checkout in a 30 degrees lobby. They said there’s some AC there in the corner but it didn’t really work. Super hot on the corridor, just like outside, also in the elevator. Corridor with windows open, even if the hotel has central proper AC installed everywhere. They just save money I guess. Overall it was just a place to sleep, when frankly we were hoping for more following their sparkling online image and the fact it should have 4 stars. It was a let down. Good intention and design, poorly implemented and managed. I’d have chosen another place, had I read such a review like the one I just wrote.

First of all, the hotel is nice-looking and quite clean, but very, very noisy because of the sleazy club across the road (which is not mentioned on their website or booking). They play music up to 2 am so you need earplugs to stay at this hotel. Also a lot of the advertised amenities fell short of what we expected. The gym is a mostly empty, badly lit room with some cheap equipment, and the bar at the pool is not open. Every time we wanted a drink or something to eat, we needed to go downstairs to order because nobody came to take our order. But when it comes to paying, all of a sudden they work fast, and you will need to sign immediately after ordering. They will follow you and shout at you if you haven't signed yet by accident. Shouting and following their guests is one of the hotel staff's favorite things to do. You go to breakfast without giving your room number because there was no hotel staff to give your room number to, they follow you and shout, "Room number!" You take a friend into the hotel after heavy rain and offer to use a towel. They follow you to your room and ask your friend to show her passport and give personal information. When we tried to explain that the situation felt weird and hostile, she didn't listen but started to double down. During check-out, they will take their time to check your room because they don't trust their guests. We felt not like guests but more like criminals who tried to steal from the hotel during our stay. Won't recommend this sorry excuse of a hotel to anyone.
