  Great hotel with a good service such as we can expect for a 5 stars Melia. The room was clean and spacious on the 20th floor with a great view over the city. The room was really quiet for a perfect sleep quality. The pool side is nice but only a few sunbed. The quality of the breakfast was excellent also with a very large selection of food for all tastes. Location was nice, with a 20 minutes walk only to the Imperial City of Hue and 20 minutes drive from the Hué airport.

  This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We chose a Level room with a stunning view of the city of Hue, and our stay was simply perfect. The entire staff is attentive, professional, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. The Level experience is truly outstanding. It's the little details that make all the difference; the courteous staff who are always available and eager to help, the exclusive lounge open throughout the day, and the excellent selection of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages served in the afternoon, accompanied by delicious snacks and appetizers. We especially appreciated the evening service, with the bed prepared for the night and small chocolates left as a thoughtful touch to end the day. The breakfast restaurant offers an extensive and high-quality buffet, and there is also a dedicated area reserved for Level guests, which adds to the overall comfort and exclusivity of the experience. The hotel is ideally located, with many excellent restaurants nearby, and sightseeing tours can easily be arranged directly through the hotel. We are already looking forward to returning for a third stay. Without a doubt, this is our favorite hotel in Hue.

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We booked the Level Deluxe room with executive lounge access, which was spacious and clean and also came with a complimentary afternoon cocktail hour. The room also had a great view over the city centre of Huế. The swimming pool area was also nice and a good place to relax. The cocktails were really good and we also really enjoyed the canapés. Overall the staff were kind and attentive, although as it is a large hotel chain the service felt less personal compared to other hotels, but that didn’t apply to everyone as some staff really went out of their way to help. Quyen in particular stood out during our stay. She was very attentive and even surprised my partner with a small birthday cake, which we really appreciated. The only negative experience was that the air conditioning in my mother and sister’s room was not working properly. It wasn’t fixed quickly and communication around it could have been clearer, which unfortunately led to a poor first night’s sleep for them. Another small downside was the elevators, which sometimes took quite a while, though this is understandable given how busy the hotel is and that it’s a high-rise building. On a positive note, I would like to thank concierge Quyen again for her help during our stay, my mother especially appreciated her.

  Excellent hotel and the best I have stayed in Vietnam. Very stupidly I realised upon arriving very early and trying to check in that my tired self had booked the wrong date (1 day ahead). The staff were very helpful in resolving the issue and within an hour it was all sorted and I only had to pay a tiny bit extra. This was nice and was able to use the pool and gym before checking into my room which was immaculate. They even managed to put the World Cup game on at 3 o clock in the morning for me on the big TV in reception and were very accommodating. Staff and service were excellent, rooftop bar was excellent and the rooftop bar was excellent. Special shoutout to Marta at the rooftop bar who went above and beyond giving us recommendations for local places. She deserves a promotion! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

  We had a room on the 21st floor which had an incredible view. The room itself was also exceptional, so spacious and light with full length windows across two sides of the room. The king size bed was massive and super comfy Bathroom was very nice, massive shower and separate bath tub. Plenty of toiletries provided for duration of our stay. The room also had a mini fridge and 2 complementary bottles of water were provided each day. lotel itself was very nice and luxurious throughout. The lobby was huge with lots of spaces to sit. There was also a Starbucks in the lobby which was pretty cool. As we've come to expect from travelling across Vietnam the staff are impeccable and go above and beyond to help you. Location was decent, about 10min walk to the main 'strip walking street), about 1 5 min walk to the river but also very easy to get a Grab/Taxi from and to the hotel Skybar is also quite cool, views from 33rd floor were prett impressive. The hotel is huge with 33 floors and a skybar above that. As a result we did often end up waiting quite a bit for a lift whenever leaving/returnina to the hotel. This is despite there being 4 or 5 lifts.

  There are so many unreliable reviews for hotels and restaurants that it’s difficult to choose properly. However, this hotel it’s of international standards and is so far one of the best stays of my 3 week holidays in Vietnam. The room on the 11th floor was lovely, clean, big, and comfy + the AC works perfectly fine + great pressure in the shower and good quality shampoo products. The pressure in the toilet though was not great and you had to flush a few times and the tv is not smart (minor issues). The breakfast was great, very varied and with a lot of options (including gluten free). Overall the staff was incredibly kind. Only down side is the internal pool, it’s quite small and the area itself was very warm indeed. Also all the noise echoes, especially when adults are being very loud playing inside the water - so not a relaxing space. We had dinner one evening in the Spanish restaurant and the steak we had was very good. Cocktails on the top floor was another good experience! I have to mention that the overall interior design was beautiful and the use of good materials helped a lot with the aesthetics of the place.

  A very pleasant and comfortable stay. 3 pillows per single bed. Check-in process was smooth and staff shared the top-up options for suites or rooms with better views. Swimming pool is scenic and indoors but could be chilly with the wind coming through the open windows. Additional bottled water can be requested at no cost. Breakfast menu changes daily, giving some variety for those staying multiple nights. Definitely must try the churros which are made available daily. Compliments to Thao manning the noodles counter for very prompt and efficient service.

  Spent one night in Hue and this hotel was nice! Checkin was a bit delayed as they were still prepping the room. Granted we arrived at 1:30pm. The bed was comfy and pillows were great! Clean room. Amazing rooftop bar with views. I’d definitely book again if I visit. There is a vincom mall connected to this hotel but like all malls in Vietnam it’s a bit small and not many shops.
