  Stayed at Park View Hotel Hue during an international workshop, and it proved to be a comfortable and well-located choice for a professional visit. The location is a major highlight — centrally situated with easy access to the Perfume River, and the Citadel is just nearby, making it easy to explore Hue even with a tight schedule. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a slightly classic feel rather than a modern luxury finish — but well-maintained and functional. What truly stands out is the staff — exceptionally polite, warm, and attentive. Their professionalism and willingness to help added a lot of ease to a busy schedule. The breakfast is decent and well-balanced, offering enough variety to start the day smoothly. One area that could be improved is the lack of an in-house currency exchange facility, which can be inconvenient for international travelers. Overall, a refined, dependable stay with strong value, especially suited for work trips and short visits to Hue.

  Excellent location and lovely service. Overall enjoyed my stay here for a conference. The conference rooms are sizable and we'll equipped. The location is excellent - close to the river and walking street. Issues faced - The rooms are a little worn. The gym is also pretty poorly equipped and gets very hot - I wasn't able to find any way to turn on the aircon. The breakfast items also repeated most days with little variety.

  We were made to feel welcome from when we first arrived. The room was clean of a good standard with good facilities, although no black teabags, just green tea. The Customer service was very good bordering on exceptional at times. Organised a couple of in house massages through the helpful reception staff, who were extremely professional and enjoyable to interact with. The reception staff always greeted with a smile, were always friendly, accommodating and could not do enough to assist. The location was central to most things and it Cyclo's were available to get around the city. I would recommend this hotel be considered if visiting Hue.

  Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was nice, up on the 9th floor, air conditioned with good views and lots of food options. Staff were helpful and professional. Decent location. Most of the hotel public spaces didn’t have AC so it was very hot and (being from the UK) too hot to sit in the lounge areas. The pool area isn’t very nice (very busy and lots of concrete) and constantly had children’s swimming lessons so we couldn’t go in and some of the men there stared at me and my friend, it was quite uncomfortable.

  Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Starting 4:15AM, the room is shaking, sound like 10 washing machines running around me, and 1.5hrs later the street noise and honking comes. Good luck with you sleep lmao

  The 8 th floor is below the breakfast floor and you hear loud sounds from people all the time / carrying / even washing machines or something like that. Too loud.

  Hotel is nice but we only stayed the 1 night here as per our itinerary. Unfortunately our room overlooked the pool and the swimming lessons that started at 5:30am with loud shouting and music was not appreciated. I did speak to hotel staff about this and they were apologetic. Breakfast was excellent and with great views. Hard to get into shower over the bath, may be a problem for older travellers.
