  Not staying here but noticed the breakfast walk in offer at this sumptuous hotel as I rode by! Without doubt the best value for money meal I’ve had in Vietnam during my six week road trip around the country Simply delicious food ranging from fruits to cooked meats, eggs any style, many choices of hot and cold drinks, platter upon platter of varied fare, both local and western Not only was the food stunning, each member of staff I spoke to treated me as a guest and took care to guide me around their monstrous buffet tables Polite, professional, smiling at all times, vy especially and also Duc the manager, I only wish I could afford to stay, the staff here are magnificent Under $10 for an experience I’ll never forget, it may only be “breakfast” but you get a lot more besides, super highly recommended

  We changed to Senna hotel after leaving another hotel which was very noisy. It was the best decision and we wished we could stay at Senna longer. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and attentive. We chose a garden view double room with an extra bed for our 6 year old. Our room was spacious (the shower is huge) and the beds super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and once again the staff were very helpful providing us with towels and loungers. Breakfast was fantastic. There was so many options both local and western. Location was great. We walked to the citadel in about 20 minutes and was 5 minutes from the walking street. If you are looking for a fantastic local meal nearby go to Nina's Cafe. We were sad to leave and will definitely stay here again if we are in Hue.

  Wow, such a beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious & great location. I did not get the name of the receptionist that assisted us, but she was amazing! Check-in was fast and seamless. Breakfast buffet is also plentiful. The doorman recommended me a local vegetarian spot to eat and it was the best. It's located close to most things you would want to do in Hue, and there is a mart right downstairs which was so convenient. I can't wait to come back next time I am in Hue. It has a really "premium" feel to it. Only downside is make sure you don't get a room with construction outside and the laundry service is quite pricey. Thank you :)

  True family hotel. Lots of children scampering about and having fun in the pool. Earplugs recommended for a quieter night. Pool is about 20 meters, opens at 6 am and has kids in it right from the start. Housekeeping is wonderful, clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast buffet is fabulous, and experienced western tourists get sat together for breakfast.

  This hotel was just lovely. Our room looked over the pool and garden, with a balcony catching the afternoon sun, but shade too. A very elegant bathroom with huge shower - just be aware that the towel shelves are on a slant and heavy items fall off! It is centrally located, with the river close by, and a pleasant walk along the river to the market. Breakfast in the restaurant catered for all tastes, with some great bread and pastries. We had dinner one night in the hotel, and this also was excellent, and the prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend this - just take you own paper napkins!

  An absolute jewel in the crown. Luxe, classy and timeless, with a real sense of elegance throughout.||What stood out most, though, were the staff. Every person we encountered — from the doormen and bell staff to reception, restaurant, housekeeping and spa staff — was warm, welcoming and professional. There was a genuine friendliness about them, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.||The restaurant offered a fantastic selection, the pool area was beautiful, and the overall experience was exceptional. A wonderful place to stay!

  A lovely hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk from the River and an area with lots of bars and restaurants. My room was large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area. Spotlessly clean with a large bathroom and a great shower.|Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food and friendly staff.|The pool area was great especially for a refreshing swim after a days sightseeing.|Would also highly recommend the Spa where l had a lovely massage and which was excellent value for money.

  Free dinner on arrival. The pool and courtyard looked were really nice. Security and bell were really attentive and helpful. Room slightly above average and spacious. Location was slightly near everything but still need to book transportation.
