  This was a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its location meant we were within easy distance of the river and local restaurants. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and clean - it would have 5 stars but the shower design meant that water leaked everywhere no matter how careful we were! The restaurant was great - delicious food and helpful staff (especially Ha and Ty). Breafast is insane - so much choice and all of it very tasty! The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful (especially Giang on reception) and booking an early check-in was very easy. I would highly recommend booking trips/cars through reception. Our transfer to Hoi An was made so much easier by booking a private car which made stops along the way.

  I stayed here with my parents for 1 night. The room is spacious considering the affordable price. The facilities are new and clean. Breakfast food is ok, dining hall has an impressive view (it’s on level 12 so you can see all the mountains surrounding the city). Staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Huong Tien). The hotel is in the centre of the city so it’s easy to commute to tourist spots as well as local restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel to any future visitors

  Great location, walking distance to a lot of attractions,food and shopping. Room is big with a very nice bathroom which has a shower and bathtub. Staff are very friendly and greet you everytime you see them. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food options and the skybar area on the top floor has amazing panoramic views. Make sure you search and book the thanh lich boutique hotel.

  During my stay, I received excellent support from Ms. Phuong, who was always polite and quick to respond whenever I had questions. She helped make everything easy, from check-in to daily arrangements. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and I felt well taken care of throughout my time here. I would gladly choose this hotel again when returning to Hue

  Service and people is really nice, the girls name Na and Phuong Anh is really sweet and supportive. The area is also good with lots of convenience stores around and street food. Definitely going to stay here again on my next trip. Make my trip so much more relaxing after morning tours and came back to a nice, clean, luxury room.

  We have had an amazing experience here and would definitely come back! The staff are so helpful and Phuong made such an effort with our son and was so loving! We can’t thank her and all the other staff enough! (Tuyen was also great and so professional). Thank you to everyone at the hotel! From the people at the door to the cleaners, you have all been so kind and helpful.

  Our stay here in Hue was honestly fantastic, starting with the unbeatable location - you step outside and literally everything you need is right around the corner. The room itself was a major highlight. We absolutely loved the panoramic windows, and the blackout curtains were top-notch, letting us actually sleep in without the morning sun waking us up. The level of cleanliness was impeccable across the board.The bed and pillows were decent and comfortable enough, but I do have one practical suggestion for the management: they really need to switch to proper fitted sheets. Using flat bottom sheets that constantly pull up and bunch together during the night is just annoying and takes away from the otherwise premium feel of the room.The breakfast was a total win. The buffet is gorgeous, offering a massive and incredibly diverse spread of delicious options to kick off the day.The only real curveball was the check-in experience. Instead of a warm, welcoming vibe, the front desk staff immediately hit us with a rigid list of "rules and don'ts" in a surprisingly abrasive and almost rude tone. It definitely lacked that essential hospitality touch. Management really needs to coach their team on their delivery and customer service etiquette. But honestly, aside from that initial weird interaction, we had absolutely zero complaints. It’s a beautifully clean, well-located spot with a killer breakfast.

  Good value for money.The location is convenient enough that you are not far away from attractions, restaurants and cafes. There are water dispensers on each floor that you can easily fill up your water bottles during the day.Staff are so friendly and kind, they always great you with smiles. The only thing we found a bit unpleasant is they seem to offer swimming trainings to non-hotel guests during the day every day? Whether we were there early in the morning or late at night, there were kids having swimming trainings with a coach.
