  Great value, booked via a third party site. Reception were always welcoming & friendly. Sizable, comfy bed at very affordable price. Had a balcony with a river view.

  Perfect location, spacious rooms with everything you need, and above all — the most wonderful staff! Truly the best we’ve met in Vietnam. Highly recommended!

  Extremely good value for money. Great location. Good air con. Nice bed. Lucy on the front desk was great, very friendly and very helpful. Even let me use a shower after I had checked out before my night bus. Highly recommend.

  This hotel has very comfortable beds and was quiet due to being in an alley, which was perfect to get some restful sleep during the night. Also no mold/damp smell in the room! The staff is kind and attentive and they are very helpful with booking activities and sharing a map with everything you might need in Hue. The location is good, walking distance to Western street and just a scooter away from everywhere else. Would definitely stay here again!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – A Wonderful Stay That Exceeded Expectations! I booked this hotel through Booking.com for 396,000 VND, including taxes and fees, and I was honestly surprised by the value for money. The host was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, quickly understanding and accommodating all of my requests. Although the building looks a bit old from the outside, the interior is clean, modern, and seems recently renovated. The room came with everything I needed: Free bottled water, tea, and coffee Hair dryer, electric kettle, TV, air conditioner, and a very comfortable bed with four soft pillows Wardrobe with hangers and even a laundry bag Two umbrellas are also provided, which is a very thoughtful touch There’s even an on-site laundry service, which is super convenient for longer stays Another huge plus is the beautiful river view – peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The location is right in the center of Hue, making it easy to get around, explore local attractions, and find great food nearby. Honestly, with this level of comfort and service, you’d normally expect to pay at least 700,000 VND elsewhere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue. Clean, fully equipped, great location, and exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely come back!

  Wonderful stay at Charming Riverside Hotel. Goo location close to cafes and restaurants . Rooms are very clean with fridge, TV, AC, hair-dryer etc. Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Would have no problem recommending this hotel in Hue.

  Excellent hotel with a lovely view. Very attentive staff who go above and beyond. Good location as the Main Streets are within walking distance
