  Fabulous boutique hotel in a central but beautifully quiet location with excellent friendly English-speaking staff including Linda, Thanh & Ryan. The compact (Passion, 303, reached by elevator) room is very nicely decorated, clean and has a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with many options and again friendly and helpful staff. Reception can also arrange a private driver to take you around all the key sights at your own pace. We booked a half-day with driver Binh - he’s the most beautiful and kind person and he also speaks English. Excellent value accommodation & private driver. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.   I love this small but very comfy and unique hotel. It is located in central location and a short walk to attractions like Riverside and night market. The staffs here are also very welcoming and friendly. They greet us with smile, make small talks and give suggestions for restaurants. The room I am in is quite small, yet decorated very tastefully. I recommend this hotel for your visit to Hue.

  My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Scarlett Boutique Hotel and had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony (plus they have very hot water which was amazing to have a steaming hot shower after a long travel day or getting caught in the rain). The breakfast was included and was delicious! With options you could choose from their menu plus also the buffet. The staff was always attentive and polite, and gave great local recommendations for points of interest and restaurants (I recommend Nook restaurant if you’re in the mood for a burger). The location is also ideal as you are within walking distance to the Imperial City, Museum of Royal Antiquities and Dong Ba Market. Cảm ơn (thank you) to Ruby and all the staff for a fantastic stay!

  The staff is amazing! Very attentive and friendly, the room smelled wonderful and was spotlessly clean, as well as spacious and lovely. I received a welcome gift of delicious tropical fruits, and the breakfast is a buffet, plus there's an à la carte menu with additional options you can order in advance. Everything was delicious.

  The Scarlett Boutique is a really wonderful hotel. All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly and gave great suggestions for things to do, food recommendations etc. Every day Linda found time to chat to me, check that I had everything I needed and just generally to make me feel welcome and valued. David was so friendly and funny too. The location is great, it's really central but hidden away from the main street, so the hotel is really peaceful. My room was so comfortable and quiet at night so it was easy to sleep. There are plenty of good options for breakfast. Overall the hotel is really clean and comfortable, but it's the staff that make it really exceptional. I would definitely stay here if I visit Hue again.

  We stayed here for 2 nights and had a really lovely experience. The service was great, and the staff made a real effort to remember our names, which was such a nice touch. It’s a small hotel as expected, and slightly tricky to find as it’s tucked down an lovely, charming alley behind the shops which added to its charm. The staff were also super helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was included for us, you get a continental spread (fruit, pastries), and you can order hot food too. We had the omelette and egg fried rice… and it's been the best rice we had yet. The fruit was always fresh (mango, watermelon), and the team were really attentive. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the main strip, but far enough away that you don’t hear the music at night (even on a Saturday). The room was sooo cute, very boutique vibes. We had a small balcony (not much of a view given the location), but the room itself was spacious. It was slightly dim with a moody feel, but honestly quite nice to come back to. Air con worked perfectly and the bed was super comfy. Overall, a great stay - would definitely recommend.

  Really nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is quite good. Great location near all the trendy restaurants and bars. Most memorable and commendable is their super friendly and helpful staff. Especially Miss Linda, Ruby too, and David.|Linda organised a day trip for us with a reliable and friendly driver. This place made our stay in Hué most enjoyable indeed. Highly recommended 👍

  Beautiful boutique hotel. Very charming. Gorgeous decor. Staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Made to order breakfast as well as a very good selection of breakfast buffet items. Rooms were impeccable with a full supply of toiletries, gorgeous ceramic teas sets and coffee cups. A large supply of wine glasses. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality linens. We hope to return to Hue and will book here again when we do. Everything was fabulous.
