Location is the highlight: only 500 m from the beer street at night, a very central location where you can easily walk around the local neighborhood or use a bicycle. You will find a very amazing Cơm Hến when you first turn into the street, run by a very sweet old lady who sits on the platform at the corner. Facility: ok. There are 2 dorm rooms next to each other, but it seems like the owner just wants to run them as mixed-gender dorms rather than single-gender, which I totally respect. I stayed in 6-bed room and the other has 8 beds. They provide cabinets with built-in locks. I was assigned the upper bed, and I found the stairs a bit dangerous to climb. The curtain of my bed does not reach the ceiling, and the room's light is located near my feet (opposite my face), so when somebody turns on the light, it goes straight to my eyes, which I find very inconvenient. It is better that the curtains should reach the ceiling to avoid this circumstance. It is also colder in the upper bed, so I had to adjust the temperature many times. I asked about switching to lower beds, but they were full. A sink, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets are located outside and in an open space. They provide free water, a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, and a one-time-use toothbrush. Staff are very kind and supportive. There is a big open space decorated as a coffee shop, but it might be very sunny in the daytime. Highly recommend for budget travelers.

arguably in the BEST hostel I have stayed in Hué AND DA NANG. it only has TWO DORM ROOMS so it is possible they will be full always in busy season. amazing outdoor area. office area if you're anything like me and like to SIT on your laptop. dorm rooms have WINDOW that opens to let fresh air in. Bathrooms are Clean And OUTSIDE the rooms. All of this combined makes for a really quality and comfy stay. I WISH i could find a similar place in Da Nang, as Hué is pretty quiet and you'll run out of things to do by day 4.

A nice and cozy hostel in a small alley. There are different room types from dormitories to private rooms. There are many places to eat in the neighborhood. I love the quietness and friendly staffs, especially. In my private room, there is a private toilet and shower inside, a couple of coffee mugs, a hair dryer, toothbrushes, a bottle of water, hangers, a table and chair, and slippers. Shower and body soap dispensers are attached in the shower. Towels are already in the room. I’d definitely come back here.

I stayed in two different private rooms, both of which had bed bugs. The sheets on both beds have stains consistent with bed bugs from the previous occupant and I found bugs on the bed and floor. Staff were nice but would only refund me one night even though both rooms were infested and I was covered in bites.

Clean bed and quiet room. Shared area is clean. There is a working space on the 1st floor, which is very helpful for me.

Please book the big room with private bathroom inside. Nice decor but noisy.

Good stay at To Vo Hue Hostel. The place is really clean, like seriously everything was spotless: rooms, showers, toilets. The dorms are modern, the beds are comfortable, and there are several bathrooms, so you’re not constantly waiting or bumping into other people. The staff is also a big plus, the women at reception are super kind and friendly, really helpful overall.Location-wise, it’s decent. Hue is a bit spread out anyway, so nothing is perfectly “central”. The Imperial City is around 30 minutes walking, but the night walking street and food stalls are about 15–20 minutes away, which is totally fine in the evening. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat around, so you’re not stuck.Overall, very good hostel, clean, comfortable, well located enough, and with great staff.

My partner and I stayed at this hostel in Hue for one night. ||We arrived early and they allowed early check in. We had a downstairs garden room which was very comfortable and had all the ammenities you could need. The room was a little bit mouldy and the AC did not seem to work however. As it was winter, we were a bit cold during our stay and the thin blanket did not seem to help too much.||We ended up booking another night after our first as we were getting a late train and were too hungover to leave. The staff were so helpful here and got us coffee and a new room as our other was booked for that night. ||Overall, the place is nice but looks a little run down compared to pictures. The staff are great and it is in a great location. Great budget place to stay in Hue for a couple nights.
