I have been at Trầm Homestay for three days and it is a beautiful Vietnamese homestay where everyone wants to stay with the locals and experience their lifestyle. I became friends with Ms. Khanh, the manager of this homestay. She is very kind and hospitable and has a friendly and kind relationship with her guests, no matter where they are from. I talked to her about my country Iran 🇮🇷 and she talked to me about Vietnam 🇻🇳 and taught me a lot. The environment here is very beautiful and they have good food and I will post some pictures of them for you. Choosing here will be a unique experience for you.

Kind caretaker and nice vibes to have small talk or read in the shared area.

The owner lady is the most wonderful lady. I told her I need to check out at 5 am next morning to catch a train. She told me just to give a call in the morning and she will open the door. The next morning, I accidentally stopped my alarm thinking to have snoozed. She knocked at the door, and woke me up and thankfully, I was able to catch the train. 5 star from me!

We had a difficult journey because it was our first time coming to Hue. This place is suitable for those who want to find a classic style experience but still have a bit of modernity with sophisticated interiors. Peaceful space and reasonable price I read reviews of this place and decided this was the place to stay for 2 days and 2 nights. First is the accommodation, connected around the students. Tram homestay is a peaceful place, with natural music playing all day long to make you feel most comfortable (at the homestay there is also a massage spa area for those who want to experience experience). There will be 3 types of rooms: a triangular room like in my picture below, a velvet-like room, and a modern room suitable for families. If you stay for a short time in Hue, this is the place I would recommend to you, but if your day is long, I don't think this is a reasonable method. Second is the location of Homes, this place is 2.4 km from Paradise Pagoda, 1.9 km from Hue Citadel, 8.3 km from Khai Dinh Mausoleum, 2.3 km from Hue Railway Station and 3 km from Hue City Center. You will be able to rent a car here for 130,000 VND/day and I think this is the ideal location. Finally, about the service, they also have long food and will charge according to the number of people at 100,000 VND for 1 person. We ate here on the first afternoon and morning on the last day, the food was quite good and presented in an old fashioned style. They also have laundry service for 25,000 VND for 1 kilo of clothes. The innkeepers are available to help when you need help with various issues, ask them if you can't do it! One thing to note is that the toilet and bathroom are shared areas. They will have 4 different toilets and showers so there won't be a wait so don't worry about it

A hidden Gem in Huế. Trầm is an absolutely wonderful homestay, beautifully decorated with an antique, traditional Huế charm. The hosts are kind, warm, and welcoming, and every meal feels like a special treat. If you’re looking for a cozy, authentic experience in Huế, Trầm is truly the place to be. Highly recommended! I arrived to be told my room had been given away because she had tried to phone me and I hadn't answered. Although she did then sort it out, by removing the people she had put in my room- I almost wish she hadn't bothered and I found somewhere else to stay. It looks so cute in the surface, but the courtyard has litter and cigarette butts, the paper is peeling, the astroturf is hanging off and a trip hazard. The bathroom has peeling wallpaper covering the door and the sink drains into a tube that was misaligned and covered my feet in water and soap. The room again looks very cute, but the curtains are covered in black mold which triggered my asthma. The mattress is on the floor and very thin and soft. I woke in the night with a dead arm. Location wise, it's quite far from anywhere and the streets around are dark so you can't really walk. Grabs in hue are more expensive than elsewhere I've been in Vietnam so I would have been cheaper to stay more centrally. I had dinner here as there were no other nearby options. It was relatively expensive for Hue and really not very good. The pancakes would not unroll and the meat was mostly gristle. In the morning I went out to explore Hue, and received a phone call from the host asking for the key. It was not yet 8am and check out was 12. my luggage was clearly left in the room and I had already paid so I am not sure why I needed to be disturbed in this way. Worst though, and my number one reason to say to avoid this place is the loud music that plays. It was turned off by 10pm at night thankfully, but it started again before 7am and woke me up. Tried to record how loud it is, if you sat on the chair outside the pod you'd struggle to have a conversation over it. The pod has no soundproofing, so if you booked here thinking it would be quieter than the main part of Hue you would be disappointed.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Tram House in Huế city. The host was friendly and caring, the food was delicious, and the room and house were clean and well-organized. It was the perfect choice for a business trip with a busy schedule, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
