  Stayed here for a few nights and loved it. For us, the highlight is definitely the pool and the views! The rooms are very modern, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It’s also in a perfect spot, making it easy to walk to the local restaurants and the night market. Breakfast was great with lot of variety. Staff was super friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again!

  Very, very good hotel. Great location, staff and breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, offer a great view (book a room with a view of the river) and well maintained. Housekeeping is without a doubt great. Punctual and willing to accommodate any reasonable request.

  Our favorite place weve stayed so far in Hue. Womderful room and excellwnt service with a huge buff breakfast each day. The sky lounge jazz bar live music was neat and the spa ans massage were great. They left rose pedals and swans for our anniversary and also brought us a cake to celebrate our big day

  I stayed with my daughter for one night in a Deluxe River View room on the 16th floor of the White Lotus Hotel. It is located only 13 km from Phu Bai International Airport and well positioned in Hue with close proximity to the Perfume River. The Concierge and reception team were most welcoming on our arrival. Our room was immaculate with very comfortable twin beds. The spacious bathroom had a full size bath with a panoramic view from a large adjacent window over the city, spectacular by day or night. We dined at the Lotus restaurant on the 6th floor on the evening of our arrival and at the Sen restaurant on the 5th floor for breakfast, both offering superb dining experiences. Overall, the standard of accommodation, cleanliness and service was very high.

  This accomodation is amazing, from the wonderful location, friendly staff, great size rooms. Ask for a river view as it won’t disappoint.|The bar on the top floor well worth a visit and offer happy hour in the afternoon. Breakfast was ample - buffet style and the resort size pool lovely when you need to get out of the. Heat of the day. Highly recommend and we will definitely return

  The hotel itself is in a good location, a very easy walk to the river and restaurant areas so was great at night when we went out. Our room was just a room, the smallest one we had during our Vietnam trip and also the smallest bed. However the bed was comfy. Breakfast in the mornings had lots of variety and the pool was nice. I found the staff were mostly indifferent throughout our stay, polite but not really wanting to engage (we’d stayed at a few hotels where the staff were lovely and had great chats with us). We did accidentally leave something in our room when checking out and by the time we’d arrived in the lobby house cleaning had already found it and let reception know and they brought it down for us, so that was really nice.

  In a good location for exploring the area, we felt this hotel met our needs perfectly. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and great views from the bath! The breakfast was very good and all the staff friendly, helpful and professional. We loved the rooftop bar and live jazz music. We would definitely recommend.

  Good location near perfume river. As for the room, the acoustics needs improvement. There are noise from other guests and at corridors. The shower needs a door / curtain to prevent water spilling over the whole bathroom. Otherwise, it’s good.
