Spacious, well-designed campus. Friendly, hard-working lecturers and students. This university is one of the first universities in Hue, established in 1957, and have trained teachers for the whole country, especially central Vietnam.

I know nothing of the quality of instruction, but this is an impressive compound. French colonial grandeur at its most intensive. It is visible from across the river and is awe inspiring.
