  We opt in for the pick up and delivery service. They cleaned up the clothes and sent it back to us the following day about 6pm! The clothes came back smelling great! The price is reasonable too! Would definitely be back again! We communicated via WhatsApp!

  Quick to pick up, easy to communicate with, and excellent service. I had a bottle of alcohol explode in my bag before arriving and I tried to rinse it out best I could before they picked up my clothes... Still damp, they took it. I was so thankful. They came back same day smelling lovely and wonderfully soft. Would recommend to anyone. Very nice people!

  Good service. Friendly owners. 20K per kilogram. Down a small alley. Dropped off in the morning, ready in the evening. Would definitely use again. Thanks a lot!

  Excellent service. Messaged Le via WhatsApp the evening prior, who collected at 8am and returned at 7.30pm to our hotel. We had scales so I left payment with the clothing. Clothes all neatly folded and smelled fresh. Thank you

  The service was excellent. We dropped off our laundry at 10 a.m. and for an extra 10,000 VND it was delivered back to our hotel at 7:30. The laundry was clean and smelled great. The woman there was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

  I communicated with the laundry over WhatsApp. They picked up my clothes from my hotel nearby. They were ready in the evening but I was out from dinner. So I arranged to pick up the following afternoon. It was very reasonably priced and my clothes were really clean and smelt amazing. I recommend 💯

  Great cleaning and very friendly service. My clothes came back clean, neatly packed, and they were responsive on WhatsApp. The only downside was pricing transparency. Their website shows 17,000 VND/kg for wash & dry, but I was charged 25,000 VND/kg for “fast track”. I hadn’t requested urgent service — I’d said next day was fine — and the higher rate wasn’t mentioned until I saw the receipt and asked. For 16kg, the difference was 128,000 VND. Not huge, but it’s the principle. Tip: confirm the exact per-kg rate (standard vs same-day/urgent) in writing before you drop off your laundry.

  NICE PEOPLE BUT...(26/11/2026) The people collect from your hotel and deliver after laundering. Cheap price and people were lovely, so I gave lady double what she asked. So, I was a bit disappointed to discover that of the three t-shirts I gave her, two still have very noticeable stains (one with food attached - burger accident lol) and the other a hole in the sleeve. Not a great wash. I didn't want to complain because I realise it is a little family business and they were so nice, but they just need to check the clothes before they send them back to customers.
