An amazing amazing laundry service! We are travelling around Vietnam and we’re looking for a clean and sanitary laundry service. This laundry is one of the best I have ever seen. Very neat and clean. The staff use gloves and change gloves when handling laundry etc. Laundry came back to me smelling beautifully of detergent and freshly washed. I am so impressed. The price and customer service is fantastic. I dropped it around 12pm and it was ready to collect by 8pm. Fantastic service!

I used this laundry while traveling through Hue because it was close to my hotel and looked professional. The staff were genuinely nice and took time to understand my request. I ordered washing + drying and ironing of T-shirts and pants. When I picked everything up and returned to my hotel, I realized the ironing clearly hadn’t been done. When I went back, they claimed my clothes were just “wrinkle-prone” and that they had ironed them but they wrinkled again after packing – which definitely wasn’t the case. They offered a partial refund or to iron them “again,” but I was already leaving Hue. It was also frustrating because ironing was the most expensive part of the bill (washing/drying was 87k VND, ironing 170k VND). The staff are kind and I’d recommend this place for washing and drying. But if you need reliable ironing, definitely look elsewhere.

The price says "17k / kg" but it only applies if you have over 3 kg. If you have less, it's a flat rate of 50k. Which is still ok, BUT they only tell you that after you already arrive with the clothes and it's not written outside. So I felt a bit deceived and mislead.

I paid for ***UNWASHED clothes. I paid for a higher price (additional cost) to wash my clothes separately and when I picked up, got back to my hotel. I was completely shocked and upset, learning that every piece of my clothes wasn’t even washed. They smelled the stinky smell of dirty unwashed clothes. I came back and complained and she gave me a horrible attitude. Not to mention, she cheated on the weight of clothes. Not only I was scammed paying for my clothes that not washed. Her attitude was really bad when I confronted her. I had to bring all my clothes to another shop to wash them before I could wear since nothing was washed. HIGHLY NOT recommended. If I could chose a ZERO star I would. I paid 80K for 2kg (but she cheated for 3kg) of UNWASHED clothes. Losing money wasn’t my concern but the TRUST.

Today we had two bags of clothes washed — the first bag contained bamboo clothing and the second bag contained cotton clothing. We wanted the cotton clothes to be dried, and we clearly told the staff several times. Bamboo clothing must not be dried and should only be washed at a low temperature. The bags were mixed up, and my bag with bamboo clothes was dried. As a result, all my underwear, three T-shirts, and pants have shrunk and are now one size smaller. The bag with the cotton clothes is still wet, and we are flying away tomorrow, so we will have to pack wet clothes in our suitcase. It should have been exactly the opposite — the bamboo clothes should have been left to air-dry overnight, and the cotton clothes should have been dried. The value of the damaged clothes is around 200 EUR. This is a significant loss for me. It would be good to have staff who can at least communicate in English at a basic level, or clearly say when they do not understand instructions. We also paid extra for express/urgent laundry service so that everything would be ready for our flight tomorrow, meaning we paid significantly more than the standard price. No discount was offered and no apology was given. Next time I am in Hue, I will definitely use a self-service laundromat, where I can set everything myself. Reaction for your answer: If the work had been done according to my requirements, no damage would have occurred. If the staff do not speak English and cannot understand even a translated message, they should ask the customer again or clearly write down the instructions in front of the customer as proof. Better work organization should be arranged. This was a terrible experience, especially in the evening when an employee told me that I was not allowed to write a negative review because she was afraid of losing her job. I am a customer whose property was damaged, and I have the right to share my experience!
