  Super clean facility. You can pay with credit card so super easy. Machines are new. There is free WIFI while you wait. And you can wash your clothes in cold, warm or hot water. Perfect place for travelers visiting Hue;)

  Super clean and easy to use with brand new machines. Detergent included so no hassle. Worked with my international debit/credit card and is very reasonably priced!

  Clean and bright facilities. Instructions are clear but the iPad screen device is quite slow - just be patient. Wash cycles are 33 mins and you can pick your usual water temperatures. Drier is 10k per 10 minute increments and different heat levels available as well. Soap is auto dispensed and included. They accept everything but cash. Free wifi and a hotline you can contact for assistance if anything comes up.

  (Below is the price of this laundromat) I had a great experience using this self-service laundry. The machines were clean, easy to use. The instructions were clear even for first-timers. Prices were reasonable, and I appreciated that there were baskets and seating available although the space is not so spacious. Overall, super convenient and convenient. I will definitely come back.

  Easy, cheep, fast, clean 🫧 You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, QR Code or Revolut Card. NO Cash / or coin system! Clothes are clean and good smelling. Washing (hot) 30 Minutes & drying 30 minutes hot - 70 000 VND Totally recommend!!!

  Very convenient, easy to use, inexpensive and quick. It gives a lot of flexibility with different washer and dryer cycles, with temperature and time control. I felt safer using this than explaining how to care for my nicer clothes at a full service laundry shop. You can pay by credit card without extra fees.

  Great little laundry service! Everything is perfect except for one thing. The washing machine closest to the wall does not release detergent so you have to add your own. It would be helpful if there was a sign warning users of rhis. I didn't realize that and had began washing my laundry and then had to switch machines mid cycle because I noticed there was no foam/signs of detergent, and then I noticed it was the only machine without the "liquid detergent included inside" sticker.

  It says there detergent added automatically but there is none so the clothes do not smell clean. Also wash is only 33 minutes and you can’t extend
