  I did the bus tour from hue to hoi an. We stopped at 4 different spots and it was fun. Our guide Giau was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of info about Vietnamese culture and the places that we visited( The old bridge in the village, lagoon, Hai van Gate, Marble mountain, the cave). I recommend this place. I paid 350K CND for the bus tour which was reasonable

  We booked a tour here, staff 'Chi' was very kind and enthusiastic. Our trip was fun and interesting. Recommend this place and they also rent motorbikes at a reasonable price.

  We got some problems during the trip but AN HIEN travel help us solve quick and so kind!!! Recommend to rent the bike from them :)

  We had a fantastic experience with An, who organized our transportation from Hue to Hoi An. He was incredibly professional, always available, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The bus was comfortable, the journey was pleasant, and the price was truly excellent for the service we received. An went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. Highly recommended!

  Scam , Leaving this agency — they even tried not to return my document after it was entirely their fault, and they admitted it. The lady acted like the victim after she ruined my day. Incredible. Close tò call the Police really bad

  Awful experience. Paid 45 dollars for two buses to Pakxe. The first bus was disgusting, we were treated poorly, everyone had lunch included except for us. When we got on the second bus, we were asked to pay again. This is not what we agreed. Shocking. Extremely unhappy and do not recommend this agency to anyone.

  I booked a Hanoi bus from Hue yesterday evening. However, when I was looking for my ticket, I was shown a Camel Tour bus, but in reality it was Sapa King Express. And it was terrible. I don't even show my sandals out during my break. There is no wet towels or water service. The lights in my seat that was shown didn't turn on. I can't use USB either. There was no WIFI either. I asked the driver about USB and lighting, but they didn't respond to me if I went over there. Is this a VIP bus? Or is it Vietnamese culture? I'll ask for a 50% refund. I asked the following question: 1. Why was it a bus company different from the bus company mentioned at the beginning? 2. The USB and the lighting were broken. There was no water service, wet towels, or toothbrush service, but can this be called a VIP bath? The staff replied "I'm sorry," but they didn't answer the question and were ignored from the next day. Please be careful, everyone

  not recommend, asked for electric one, drove half town to get info at the office that they have none, you are given scooter that require international driving license - they response is: there is not so much traffic police around the city. taking scooter with empty tank, returning full - response: person who take empty scooter needs to return full so next people can use it, lol, front lamp not working (night drive difficult), one of the mirrors was damaged. look out!
