  Excellent experience renting an electric motorbike! I rented a bike from this shop, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, at 150,000 VND, which is a standard rate in Vietnam. The staff member was incredibly friendly and kind, explaining everything about the bike and how to use it in the simplest way possible. She was very cooperative and patiently answered all my questions. The bike itself was in excellent condition with a fully charged battery, which gave me a worry-free ride. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a mobile phone holder to the bikes. This would make using GPS a lot easier and safer for tourists navigating the city. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to rent an electric bike. The service is excellent, the prices are fair, and the customer care is outstanding.

  Zalo responds quickly. I rented a 50cc electric scooter for 3 days. The price was the lowest in the city, and they also let me come and replace the scooter if the battery died. The scooter was in very good condition. I recommend this rental company.

  MOST AMAZING AND KINDEST owner I have met in Vietnam!!! Seriously, we we're in an extreme rush to return the scooters as we had to catch the heritage train in 10 minutes. In all the hurry I forgot to return the helmet!! I jumped on the train and only then did I realize it was still on my head. I messaged the owner to ask how to send her money and she told me it was okay and I could keep it as a gift!! The scooters, the service and the price were all great and she was amazing friendly all throughout. Thank you Lady Thuy❤️❤️

  - great service - e-bike is still quite new and simple apply for rental. (Just take a photo of your id) - 2 price: 180k/day & 150k/day. - delivery to your place & repalce another (or recharge) if your battery at 20%-25% (give them a call)

  The owner is supportive, friendly and helpful. You can call the hotline and he sends the motorbike to you asap. The price is reasonable. The bike is new and in good condition. Even I just booked his service asap, he managed to help me. Recommend to book him if you come to Hue.

  Highly recommended! 👍🌟 Fantastic service with punctuation, affordable price (180k vnd ~ $8 per day) & flexibility on returning time. (I was asking for late return by 2hrs & they’re pretty cool with it. 😃) Most suitable for those ppl without driving licence like me.

  Excellent service, definetely recommend this rental place. The bike was in perfect condition and we used most of the battery. The woman who helped me offered to swap the bikes once we get low on charge but we did not even get the chance as the battery lasts such a long time. Easy to rent just show passport or license and place a deposit and thats it. You get your money back once you drop the bike off. Normal prices at around 150k VND.

  Electric scooter rental with good conditions and easy to handle. We totally enjoy riding to main attractions in Hue which are mostly 10km within our stay. Excellent n green choice. Friendly owner .
