  Nice trustworthy man—hospitable. Needed a little help translating but renting the scooter was easy. Simple “handshake,” didn’t ask me for a passport, contract, or deposit. And despite it being an extremely busy Holiday weekend in Hue, after a little negotiation, he lowered the price a bit and it was very fair. When we were done with our 4 day rental they came to pickup the scooter at our AirBnb. Was really nice to not have to deal with gas stations, we did tons of riding everyday out to tombs, small villages, and other sites—the range on the electric scooter was excellent. Just plugged it in each evening and we were all topped off for another day of exploring (although he did also provide us with a small back up battery pack and based on our experience we could easily have gone two full days on just one charge up). Will definitely rent here again next time we visit Hue! Thanks Bro!

  Absolutely outstanding service. The team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond, when my battery ran out mid-itinerary, they promptly arranged a replacement bike without any hassle. The scooter was in excellent condition and ran smoothly throughout the trip. Reliable, professional, and highly recommended if you’re renting an electric motorbike in Hue

  Great service! I rented a brand-new Air Blade for 2 days and had an excellent experience. They delivered the bike to a coffee shop right on time with a quick and simple process. After the rental, I returned it at 184 Nguyen Sinh Cung and was planning to take a Grab to Ga Hue, but the staff kindly offered me a free ride there. Super friendly and helpful—highly recommended!

  Mình thuê xe điện 2 ngày ở Huế để tiết kiệm tiền xăng, xe hết điện là shop sẽ giao xe mới đầy điện cho ( ko phụ thu gì hết). Anh chị chủ rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương, alo là có mặt. Lần sau quay lại nhất định sẽ thuê tiếp 🤟❤️‍🔥

  Mình thuê xe sát ngày lễ nên sợ hết xe, may sao shop vẫn còn xe cho thuê, xe mới cóng máy khoẻ, recomend chiếc scooby đỏ này cho các bạn, lên hình bao đẹp luôn. Shop rất chủ động nhắn hỏi giờ mình đến để giao xe, thân thiện vui vẻ dù mình lấy xe sớm hơn giờ làm việc. Rất hài lòng về dịch vụ luôn
