  just about customer service, i did not rent my homestay was to far away and had scooters for the same price, but i texted the night before on whatsapp and the service was great, fast including detailed pictures, so defnietly worth checking out if this rental is close to you!

  I rented a motorbike here, and out of all the rental places I've tried across Vietnam, this was by far the best experience. The owner was the kindest and most honest person I’ve met—humble, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. She provided us with a fully functioning bike (finally with a working speedometer!) for 3 days, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate how she trusted us and made the process easy and welcoming. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay in Hue even better!

  I can only recommend renting a motorcycle here. We rented two motor scooters for two days. The price was great and everything went smoothly. The scooters worked perfectly. The owner and his family are extremely nice and very hospitable. We were very happy to meet the family and have a chat with them. It was pleasure to meet these people.

  This is one of the best places in Vietnam I’ve rented a bike from! A lovely family run business who listen to the customers wishes and provide a bike accordingly, no fuss, no red tape, a simple process many other rental outlets could learn from I needed a semi automatic for a long trip and having checked it over, off I went for 9 days 1,700km later i returned, the bike never let me down once and helped make my trip even more memorable than it already was! I’m now on a second bike for the city limits, so happy I found this place, the owners go above and beyond to please! Please note, if you’re after a new bike with little mileage this is not for you, but if you want an older bike that is mechanically sound, it’s a perfect choice! Very highly recommended 😁🛵

  One of the best deals for renting a motorbike in Hué. They are so honest and have the lowest prices even though the bikes are in very good condition. They also rent cars.

  We rented a Honda scooter and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The scooter was super nice to ride, and the entire rental process was incredibly smooth and easy. What truly impressed us was their delivery and pick-up service—they brought the scooter to, and collected it from, our accommodation, which was extremely convenient. Moreover, they were flexible with the price for our long-term rental. The person in charge is so kind, and the procedure is ultra-fast: all they need is a photo of your passport. We highly recommend this place for renting your bike in Hue! Impeccable customer service and a great motorbike.

  I'm not happy with the customer service and the quality of the bike. The speedometer and headlights didn't work. When I was choosing a bike, I was told there were options for 120k, but they could offer a better one for 150k. The speedometer and headlights on the 150k bike didn't work. When I asked if I could delay the return for two hours, I was told I'd have to pay half the price. I explained my dissatisfaction with the bike, but the owners didn't cooperate.
