  FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT SERVICE. GREAT EXPERIENCE. We wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Motorvina, especially to Han who delivered the bikes and his colleague Tai who delivered our cases to our hotel in Hoi An. The Communication was excellent from start to finish, on email and through WA. Our bikes arrived on time and we were checked for our permits. Han was super friendly and provided lot's of places where we could visit on the trip, including a google maps route. When we arrived in Hoi An, Tai ensured that our cases were delivered to our hotel on time. I am happy to recommend Motorvina and the team to anyone wanting to do the same trip as us. The experience riding the pass was unforgettable and the bikes performed very well and were in good condition. Thank you again for making the experience so great and for your friendly and professional approach. Appreciated greatly. Hope to see you again one day soon. Jez and Steve.

  Was absolutely good. I will give you 4 stars and write a great review. To get 5 stars the bike needs to be not so old and worn out. Very wobbly in the steering at 70. Can not let go with hands. Steering starts shaking immediately. The side satchels were broken and could not lock. Vibrations in the handle and machine makes th arms and finger buzzing. But for your service (Hai) and your friendliness and good manors… I will add the extra star anyway 🌟

  Motorvina has without a doubt been the best experience I had in Hoi An when renting motorbikes. Their professionalism, their quick communication, and their competitive prices really made the difference. I would definitely recommend Motorvina to everyone as the first and only option for motorbike rental in Hoi An. A very special mention goes to Hai, who assisted us personally from the very beginning. Hai was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly throughout the whole process. You will remember this recommendation and thank me for it, because you will not regret choosing them. Thank you to the whole Motorvina team, and especially to Hai for his great work.

  We came across Motorvina on TikTok when watching someone’s video of their journey from Hue to Hoi An. The process seemed very straightforward so we messaged them on WhatsApp to get more details. From first enquiry to handing back the bike was seamless and easy. Hai answered all our questions promptly and clearly and delivered the bike to our hotel so we didn’t have to make our way with our bags to pick up. He brought two bikes to see which one we would prefer, and then provided us with all the recommended stop offs along the way. They take your larger bags and transport to Hoi An and drop off at your hotel. We were able to keep the bike do a few more days whilst in Hoi A which made it convenient rather than returning the bike and rehiring another. Hai would checked in to make sure our bags had arrived and asked how the journey was, which added to the experience as it was nice that he showed interest and cared that we had a good time. He didn’t rush dropping off the bike in Hue and spent time giving us guidance and advice which was really helpful and appreciated. When we returned the bike, Alex was in the Hoi An office and he was very kind as well and was interested to hear about our journey. Both Hai’s and Alex’s service really added a nice touch to the experience and did not feel transactional at all so we are really happy we came across Motorvina and would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing the pass to go through this company.

  Did the Hai Van Pass (Hoi An -> Hue) with this company and it was the best experience one could hope for. They prepared a route with 6 stops for us which worked out perfectly, as we ended up in Hue around 6 pm, even after taking our time at each stop, just as they said. When we arrived in Hue, our luggage was just a little bit delayed, but even then, there was one employee called Ron (my man🤞🏼) who offered to bring the luggage to our hotel, and then proceeded to bring our 4 (!) bags with a friend and two motorbikes directly to our door. I really can‘t praise Ron enough for that service, and also when he checked our bike he was very careful and thorough, but didn‘t try to hassle or anything. Just an overall awesome experience, can recommend to anybody who thinks about it - it‘s worth it! Thx Ron & the company 🤝

  The one-way motorbike rental from Huế to Đà Nẵng was honestly the best thing I did in Vietnam. The team provided Google Maps checkpoints along the coastal route and over the Hải Vân Pass — the views were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole journey unforgettable. We started quite late in the day, so we decided to stop in Đà Nẵng, and they handled everything seamlessly. They even arranged a car to take us to our hotel, and a special shoutout to Mr. Tài, who kindly shipped our bags directly to the hotel, such amazing service 😁 Super smooth, flexible, and thoughtful from start to finish. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Vietnam!

  loved the trip it was sooo good , also the rental price was really good,rented from hue to da nang and got my backpack in da nang , really good bikes as well had no problems with them over really suggest this place thanks you Hai 🙏🙏
