  Was really pleased with both the bikes and the service we received at Susu Mountain Bike Rental. Vu was super helpful, gave us lots of advice on where to ride and ended up taking us to a nearby village with him. The bikes were high quality and Vu was very attentive, adjusting things to make sure we were comfortable. Good quality helmets were provided. Highly recommend!

  I was looking for a place to rent a bike in Hue and found them through Google. The guy who assisted me was very kind. I had a big bag with me and was hoping to rent a bike with a basket, but they only had mountain bikes. He offered to let me leave my things at their house/store so I wouldn’t have a hard time biking around Hue. They also have a homestay and laundry service, if I’m not mistaken. I tried to enter the Imperial City, but apparently, bikes from outside aren’t allowed, maybe next time! I returned late in the evening, and he warmly welcomed me back and returned my things. So sweet.

  We contacted the owner over WhatsApp and responded straight away to help us with what we wanted. The bikes are very very good, they have multiple gears and a front & back brake. They provide helmets to ensure safety. After we were done with the bikes we just dropped them off at the shop and messaged the owner and he said no problem.

  We biked the bank of the Perfume river and then through the forbidden city. Good MTB bikes and easy to rent.

  Good quality mountain bikes- brakes and gears work. Frame size small/medium. Helmets available. Replied promptly to what’s app message to confirm availability. Helpful owners. 100 -120k per bike. Thanks

  Great bikes! We rode them for 40 km, exploring the surrounding mausoleums and pagodas.
