Excellent veterinarian service. Hải the veterinarian is very professional, the clinic is at his own house. He speaks fluently english. It might not look too clean at first glance but he got a special sterile room for operations. He cares a lot about the animals, he have even adopted animals that people didn't want anymore. He is also a teacher at a university and his students works at his clinic to train.
