  We came here because of the many positive reviews, and they turned out to be absolutely right. It’s a beautiful building made in a colonial style, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. It felt like we had stepped into a Michelin-star restaurant. The waitresses spoke good English and looked elegant in their traditional Vietnamese clothing. The food was more than delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. This is without a doubt the best restaurant I’ve visited so far in Vietnam. It’s a shame we’re leaving tomorrow, otherwise we would definitely come back.

  𝗢𝗞𝗔𝗬… 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗿 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 high 😳🔥 Since arriving in Vietnam, this was hands down the BEST food experience we’ve had so far. Every dish looked like artwork but tasted even better. The prawns were unbelievably fresh, the spring rolls perfectly crispy, and the flavours… wow. The restaurant itself is beautiful, calm and elegant, with such a relaxed atmosphere. You can really feel the care that goes into both the food and presentation 👌🏻🇻🇳 Safe to say… this is no tourist trap. This was a proper experience. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time 🍤✨

  A beautiful ambience! We loved the decor and welcomed the opportunity to dine al fresco. The food was impeccable and the service was top notch. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be to not chill the red wine. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our meal.

  Great experience at Le Jardin de Carambole! Had a really nice dinner here and ended up staying longer to enjoy the atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were definitely strong (in a good way!). A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the evening in Hue. Special compliments to our waitress Thoa. Such a kind and lovely person who really made the experience even better.

  I recently dined at Les Jardins de la Carambole and had an excellent experience. We chose a set menu and every course was impressive. The chicken cream soup had a spectacular flavor, and even though I’m not usually a fan of salads, theirs was well-balanced and genuinely enjoyable. For the main course, we tried both the fish and the meat dishes. I had the chance to taste both, and they were equally delicious. To finish, we were served passion fruit ice cream, which was refreshing and very tasty. The staff deserves special recognition—they were fast, polite, and very attentive throughout the meal. The restaurant itself is charming and spotless, creating a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended.

  I got the Vietnamese menu and I recommend it 100%. Cute outsides and insides, in a quiet street with a fresh terrace. The waitresses had always a smile and specially Tsao, who attended me. More than enough food for an affordable price.

  A beautiful dining experience at Les Jardins de La Carambole 🌸 The restaurant has such a charming and elegant atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and peaceful vibes that instantly make you feel relaxed. Every dish was full of flavor and presented so beautifully, making the experience even more enjoyable. Perfect place for a quiet dinner, good conversations, and making lovely memories while traveling in Hue ✨🌿🍷

  Great atmosphere and service... but fell short on the food... both the western and the Vietnamese dishes... unfortunately. We tried the Banh Bo Hue... unfortunate fell short of others we tried elsewhere. Banh Khoai (Rice Pancake) was not the best we tasted too. Pan-fried salmon, the western dish was so so. Conclusion... for the price, the taste of food didn't make the mark despite good presentation, nice ambiance and attentive service.
