I have visited twice—once for dinner and once for breakfast—and enjoyed both! Very good menu selection! :) The surroundings are very peaceful, and the service from Anh is very attentive and kind. Been also happy about a chat! Thank you very much!

Beautiful hidden garden with amazing food. I had the Quinoa Salad and Mango Sticky rice and both were delicious. It’s nice to have some places with different food. He waitress was super professional and friendly, always trying to make feel perfect! Thank you very very much

Mingle is a lovely small vegetarian/vegan restaurant in a quiet side street. The food is very good, affordable, and the atmosphere is relaxed with nice background music. The service is very welcoming. Ahn and Sofia were always friendly and attentive. I ended up eating here many times during my stay in Huế. Breakfast was great, especially the avocado toast and the scrambled tofu. I also recommend the Vietnamese yellow curry and their version of bánh mì, very tasty and generous portions. Definitely recommended!

Excellent vegan and vegetarian food - if you have any dietary restrictions (vegan) the restaurant staff happily accommodates. The staff is genuinely and sincerely very friendly and correct. The food is freshly prepared - not stale, no old fruits / vegetables. 👍 A wide variety of really tasty foods - very creative variations. me and my partner can wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

This right here is a little oasis with one of the best foods, we've had in Vietnam. We stayed two days in Hue and got here both times. It was a blast! Regardless if you are either vegetarian/vegan or eat meat, I assure you, you'll be crazy happy to have been here. The location itself is soo cozy! The music is great and the food...OH MY GOD! I have had the Pulled Mushroom Bao (which was the best Bao I've had in Vietnam) and the Banana Tapioka Cake. We even got a little fruit plate for our second visit. Also they seem to don't add sugar into the juices which I really liked. Sadly I'm not good at making fotos from my foot. But I show you here :D

one of best places we’ve been to whilst travelling SEA- perfect mix of a cafe, breakfast spot and also dinner restaurant. the food is seriously so good, lots to choose from and the staff are very friendly. we came here multiple times to try different things, the atmosphere is lovely also. i appreciate how they ask you about allergies/spice levels/ and also don’t just put coriander in easy but make it easy to remove . i really reccomend the yellow curry but the breakfast burrito is also good (with tofu scramble)!

The food was amazing! Pho Chay and chickpea, pumpkin and tempeh in coconut pot was delicious. Sophia provided excellent and attentive service. Anh also provided amazing service. She is very helpful and friendly.

Cute cafe hidden within the town. The courtyard seating is lovely. The full menu is vegetarian and they offer a lot of options. I had the papaya salad and the fresh rolls. The fresh rolls were still slightly warm when served and the contents cooked in some kind of sauce, which was extremely tasty and one lf the most delicious ones I've had in Vietnam so far. Prices are reasonable for this type of restaurant. The staff were friendly enough but nowhere near as hospitable as other places, which is a pity. Otherwise, this cafe is worthwhile stopping at if you crave some healthy/vegetarian food that merges Asian and Western cuisine.
