  We had a wonderful meal at Thi's Kitchen. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The menu offers a good variety of Vietnamese dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious and well-seasoned. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Service was fast, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was cozy. A great place to enjoy authentic home-style cooking in Hue.

  Loved the rooftop great way to see the sights of the street and the food was the best we have had on the trip so far. Our waiter was super friendly and taught us the proper way to eat the pancake. 10/10

  Thi’s Kitchen is a true star! Loved every dish. Just look at our photos. The absolute best food we had in Hue. You must try the papaya salad. Chicken Bah Mi is fantastic. Egg plant and pork is yummy! 😋 We will be back. Soooooo good! 😌

  I had seen a YouTube clip on Thi’s Kitchen and had it marked on my bucket list for visiting Hue in Vietnam. This is my third trip to Vietnam and my first to Hue. I’ve spent week before this in Saigon, Hoi An and A Bang Beach. I’ve tried some amazing food and the Coa Lau at a little restaurant called Rau in AnBang was the best dish so far. I was keen to visit Thi and try some authentic Hue food and it blew me away. First up, the staff were so warm and welcoming which is always a good start. Decor is modern and fits with the area it’s in in Hue. First up, I ordered the Bahn Beo Chay. It seriously doesn’t get better than this. Some amazing food followed like the Nem Lui Chay, BB Chicken in the Bamboo Tube, and two of us were well fed. It was so full of flavor and wonderful textures. A few quiet Tiger Beers helped us in our mission and I just could not leave without another try at the Banh Beo Chay. OMG, the way Thi does them here’s like nowhere else. I’ve tried other types in Vietnam and none compare to Thi’s food. Why? So I asked and had the pleasure of meeting the lady herself. We chatted for ages. We talked about life and challenges for people in Vietnam and importantly, why is her food so noticeably wonderful? Thi’s answer was all about the involvement and care of her family. They make their own sauces and spices, gather their fresh ingredients together. The attention to detail in so many respects sets them apart. It’s their standards, traditions and love that makes it special. I was in Sicily in February and met with a wonderful family there that ran a beautiful trattoria near Palermo. Generational food, care, family and love. Just like Thi’s, this is what makes food more than just a meal. What a wonderful experience I had. Thank you Thi and staff.

  Fabulous food. Saw this place was recommended by someone I follow from Instagram. Absolutely outstanding food. Made our visit to Hue even more special.

  If theres one spot you go in vietnam and Hue, let it be this one. I stumbled upon this place because I try to find authentic resturants, and homemade all from scratch; this is exactly what you're getting here. I tried bun bo hue, and Banh Beo, both full of flavor, crispy vegetables, beef perfectly cooked and cut, fresh shrimp and the perfect dipping sauce to go with the dumplings. I went back the next day and enjoyed bun chay hue. Immersing yourself in Vietnamese cuisine requires you to try foods that you cant find anywhere else. Stay away from the tourist shops and visit this local restaurant- you wont be dissapointed.

  If you want a good tastefull meal you have to go.to this spot in Hue. We hadden a chicken curry and the signature Pho. The flavors of each dish where excellent. The service was nice. So come to this hidden pearl.
