  Phòng ổn, giá bình thường 300k/2 người, anh chị chủ vui vẻ.Tiếc là hơi xa trung tâm, chỗ đậu xe máy hơi chậc. Không có chỗ đậu xe hơi.

  I booked here on booking.com. Later they sent me a message that I need to deposit within 5 minutes to confirm my room. This is ridiculous. I was driving, I did not see the email. When we arrived, the lady said we didn't secure our room so someone else had take it. She offered us a more expensive room. We just left the place, we could not believe it. Avoid these people, they don't do honest business.

  The worst hotel I’ve been ever,we booked in advance.But when we arrived,the reception tell us we didn’t pay deposit when they send us message,which they require us to pay deposit in 5 minutes.They tell us the room is not available.And they offered us more expensive rooms.The reception lady is crazy and mean, she keep checking us while we are trying to find a solution.In the end,she want us leave.The whole situation is so weird and bad. I don’t recommend to come here at all.It maked us feel it’s a trap.When you go booking,you will find this happened before to many customers.It ruins our trip in Hue totally.
