  I absolutely loved this place! The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The hotel services were excellent as well, including laundry and bike rental, which made my stay very convenient. I also really enjoyed the coconut coffee with milk ❤️ cà phê sữa dừa ❤️the best coffee I’ve ever had. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely love to come back again.

  This place feels luxury !! The rooms are so big and two balconies!! Netflix and YouTube on the tv, the room smells amazing like lemon !! Beautiful private bathroom all the things you need in the kitchen ! So happy we came here one of the best hotels we have stayed in during our travels also super helpful kind front desk staff !! Room is exactly like picture ooh also a super comfy bed with nice thick sheets to keep you warm while the ac blows and a cute cafe downstairs that we a pending to check out 🥰💛also got delivered new towels, toilet paper, and water in the morning 🥰

  The room was spacious, with a large bed and all the necessary amenities. The price was reasonable and offered good value for money. However, there was no elevator. Ở 10 ngày ở Huế , trong tầm giá này. Mình thấy khách sạn này là tốt nhất, mọi người nên đặt chỗ ở đây, các nơi khác nhỏ xíu và chật hẹp.

  Phòng có chỗ để xe ô tô, tiện ăn uống, phòng sạch đẹp dễ chịu. Mỗi việc tầng 1 quán cafe mùi rất khó chịu ( mùi cuống hoa thối um quán cafe) Phòng thì ok sạch thơm.

  The room itself is okay. There is a lot of room and two beds, nicely decorated but it's not very clean. Lots of little spots and stuff so it's pretty clear that nothing gets wiped down. Also there was a smell of moisture in the air and evidence of high humidity. We kept the AC on and the smell faded away and the floor boards dried. Over time, there will be mold and it will be more expensive to replace or clean the floors than to keep the AC running so I'm surprised at the choices made. The service was also okay. We would rather have the room never cleaned but they would still enter to change our towels, and take the trash. We had to ask for more soap, toilet paper and they wouldn't always give us more water bottles. Location was also okay. There was a really nice gym nearby and some nice restaurants but it was quite the walk to get to downtown or the citadel. Ended up taking a lot of taxis. The plus side it was super quiet.

  The room given is big and spacious but there are ants in the room and bathroom. Requested for exchange of room, but no other room available except for a room with detached bathroom. Tried to kill the ants with hand the whole night. Location is pretty far from the main street. The reception lady is pretty helpful despite all these. The room required to have pest control and more deep housekeeping.

  The Hotel room was very nice. Staff was super friendly and speak good English, always willing to guide us around. Good location about 1km to the crowd centre. Worth of money and we will come back again for our next business trip.
