  Great location with lots of amenities. The owner helped print off our evisas for a border run. There is space to store your luggage before check-in and such. We enjoyed our stay here. Affordable rooms!

  Best location in town. Amazingly helpful owner. Despite of living in busy area but quite peaceful at midnight. I have lived here for few weeks but no complain so far. Vegetarian restaurant opposite which is a bonus. They also serve hot breakfast and Vietnamese coffee. Definitely come back next time!!!

  A really nice place with wonderful host who looked after us and recommended nice paces to go. Very close to streets with lots going on. But nice and quiet at night. I recommend here and would come again.

  Location and service were excellent! The room was not the best. The sink pipe was broken, the main light was behind the fridge, and the WC 🚻 was really tight. Photos shows more than what it is. Overall 4 stars.

  There is a cat that is all the time - 24h a day - tied to a door. He sleeps all day and seems depressed. Please let this cat free!!!

  Terrible attitude. The room is okay, but please be careful of scams. At first, they said early check-in costs 100,000 VND, but when we checked out, they charged 400,000 VND (which is two-thirds of the room price). What a terrible experience!

  **Terrible Experience!** We stayed at this place for 3 nights... never again in our lives!!! The rooms are nothing like the photos; they literally smell like sewage! During the night, the smell is so strong that we couldn't sleep!! Additionally, the first night we were woken up at 4 AM by noisy kids, and on the last night by a strange person knocking on our door and trying to get in at 4 AM!! An incredible mess all of this. They claim breakfast is included, but the breakfast is inedible! Stay away from this place!
