  I had a great stay. The room was very homely and comfortable. Trung was fantastic on the counter. Great hotel.

  The room is spacious but my only fault was that my room is near the main road and the windows have small gaps so you hear everything. Apart from that the people at reception are really nice and always have a smile on their face would recommend with a different room if you're a light sleeper.

  This place provided everything I needed for my overnight stay in hue. Air con, WiFi really good. Bed very comfortable very little noise from outside and washroom good. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended and a good price too. Also able to park motorcycle right outside the front door

  The room is great and very clean. The scent in the room is definitely one of my favorites. The air conditioner works perfectly, especially in this hot weather. The TV is also a highlight — it’s easy to connect to YouTube directly. I highly recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Hue City for a few days.

  A really nice and cozy hotel. Large rooms, huge windows, bathroom had a bathtub and the room had all necessary amenities including kettle, slippers, hairdryer, toiletries. Stayed for 2 nights. Incredible value for money (booked through Agoda). Great location. Walking distance from perfume river.

  I recently stayed at Kly Apartment Hotel in Hue and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was very convenient, close to the city’s main attractions and easy to access local restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxed. The beds were reasonably comfortable, though I personally found them a bit firm — softer mattresses might improve sleep quality for some guests. Overall, Kly Apartment Hotel offers good value for money with its central location, clean facilities, and helpful staff. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Hue.

  Even though we got upgraded to a room with a bigger bed the whole stay was rather interesting. I don't like to nit-pick on small things and I'm rather easy to please but our stay was disappointing. On our first night we were wondering why the shower didn't drain just to discover that they put folded toilet paper on the drain. Naturally we removed is so we wouldn't flood the whole room only to understand later on that the paper was put there so the sewage stank wouldn't come up from the drain into the room! It smelled awful! We solved the issue by placing a plastic bag over the drain to stop the smell from coming into the room and removing it when we need to shower. Additional on our second night we discovered bed bugs! Yippee On the positive site we had hot water, the AC was working alright and the location is convenient.
