  Massage was very nice. We really felt special. From the beginning. Little gift at the beginning made us smile. Also before and after massage we were offered drinks. Very highly recommended❤️

  THAO is BRILLIANT! one of the best deep tissue, hot stone massages i have actually ever had. She was able to release knots, and get under the tissue to ensure the muscle was breaking up, all while I was actually able to relax. If you're looking for a massage and want to ensure you will not just have a "rub" go here!!!

  Came to Lavy Spa because of the positive review. Left a very happy person. Hien was really exceptional. She was skilful and meticulous in every aspect of the service. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 will recommend.

  Good massage and very good service overall. One mention though, the common areas where you have the feet washed and then after the treatment, you’re served nice cups of tea and pudding have no AC and they can get rather hot. Will happily return!

  This was one of the best facials I have ever had. It was 70 minutes of pure heaven. The esthetician was so kind and gentle. There were so many scrubs and masks and serums and light therapy and then head, neck and shoulder massage. My boyfriend said I looked years younger (I’m 50) and now he wants to go! From now on, I will only come to this spa when I’m in Hue.

  Overall, we had a good experience and would rate this place 4 out of 5 stars. We came in as a couple and tried two different services. My partner went for the 100-minute hair wash combo, while I had the 90-minute full body massage. Starting with the positives the techniques used by both therapists were solid. For my massage, the pressure was well-balanced and consistent on both sides of the body, which I really appreciated. It felt professional, relaxing, and properly paced overall. However, there were a few interruptions that took away from what could have been a perfect experience. During the session, there were multiple moments where it seemed like a manager entered the room or the area at one point there were sounds of a video being recorded and photos being taken, along with some chatting among staff. It did feel a bit distracting and slightly intrusive while trying to relax. Additionally, midway through the session, the balcony door was opened and the room door was left open for a period of time. It gave the impression that someone had come in or out, which affected the sense of privacy and comfort. While we kept hearing the street noise loud and direct to the room. For my partner’s session, there were also a few instances where the therapist stepped out, leaving her alone for short periods. This caused her to open her eyes and wonder what was happening, which broke the relaxation flow of the treatment. While these interruptions weren’t constant, they were noticeable enough to impact the overall experience. With better attention to maintaining a quiet, uninterrupted environment and ensuring client privacy, this place could easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, still a good massage with skilled therapists just hoping to see improvements in minimizing disruptions and keeping the experience more seamless and relaxing for future visits.

  Check the OLDER REVIEWS before booking, the 5 star ratings are BOTS. The place looks nice, clean, good atmosphere for the first impression. But the masseur barely did NOTHING for a full hour, - very very light stroking (like tapping) - slow circles on the same spot - no real pressure or technique - Felt like she was just waiting for it to end too (ME TOO) At the end she asked for a tip, I said no, she walked off annoyed. AND No privacy either
