  Miss Lan is a good masseuse & although small has strong hands that get in to the muscles well. She certainly understands each person’s back / neck. I have no hesitation in recommending ‘Big Bang Spa’ when your back needs some work!

  My friend and I are up to day 7 and massage number 7, and Big Bang Spa did not disappoint. The full-body massage was exactly what we needed relaxing, professional, and left us feeling completely refreshed. Beautiful space and kind staff. Highly recommend!

  We visited this massage salon as a group of three — me and my two children. We chose two types of massage: Thai massage and oil massage with hot stones, and it was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve had in Vietnam. The woman who did my massage was very strong and it was obvious that she has a lot of experience. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the whole experience was truly relaxing. A wonderful massage salon — highly recommended!

  I had a foot/ leg/ shoulder/neck & back massage at Big Bang today. The spa is lovely and clean and the massage was perfect. I really encourage others to come along and utilise this little spa. Wonderful service, ambience & massage.

  I just walked into this massage parlour as I was looking for some peace and quiet not on the main road like the other places I told them that I am looking for a hard sports massage as I was tired from all the travelling The massage lady Nhi gave me the massage of a lifetime! She was so strong and perfect in her work that I was surprised. She messaged at the right places, did lymphatic drainage in my sore muscles and did an honest job, true to a good massage specialist I would recommend that when you are in Hue next one MUST visit this place! It's actually a Big Bang for your Buck!

  Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had, I left 30mins into my 60min massage. I asked for a 30min foot massage, they put my feet in hot water for about 10mins so I asked is this part of the 30mins? And they replied 60 mins. So I said fine, but I wish I didn’t. The masseuse had no idea what she was doing, it was less of a ‘massage’ and more of a ‘rub down’. She kept rubbing my legs up and down till the skin felt raw and I told her to please massage my feet (what I came for). She did not understand English so she started just rubbing my foot in the same way. Up and down up and down till the skin felt raw again and I asked her to please just move to the second foot. Again she started rubbing (almost like petting an animal) over and over. No massaging the muscles. Every now and then she would press with her thumb on the ball of my foot. Did not even touch the heel. I just could not take the rubbing anymore so I just said no thank you and got up. Still had to pay full price. Definitely do not recommend.
