  Amazing experience, surprised by the quality of this place!! For 15-20 USD you get 1h of massage and access to a 6 hammam and saunas circuit that they let us stayed in as long as we wanted to, all so beautiful, clean. Staff is very polite and nice. Massage was OK. Would 100% recommend, excellent value for money !!

  Went there in the afternoon, the 6 rooms was very pleasant and clean but the highlight is the massage I got hot stone massage and my bf got oil massage, we recommend Nhu and thuy they gave us some of the best massage we’ve ever had.

  This place is nearly spectacular for the price (especially since in Vietnam massages are so expensive for some reason). But the ground staff are not really hospitable nor do they really guide you. One women carried my towel away as if it had been soaking in cat piss 😂. Anyways absolutely worth it, just need to improve that. Office staff are very friendly.

  We didn’t want the sauna and only asked for a 60-minute massage. The staff were very flexible and offered a reasonable price, even though it wasn’t listed on the service menu. The massage itself was excellent. There were two of us that day in a spacious room. However, at the end, I was asked to rate the service and felt somewhat pressured to leave a tip. Had I been able to do it on my own terms, the experience would have felt perfect.

  Massage was good, but at the end they asked us to rate the service and pressured us to leave a tip. This ruined the whole experience. The prices are already above average, and they still expect tips, which is TOTALLY UNCOMMON in Vietnam. I recommend going to a smaller place and supporting a small family business, prices are about 25% lower, they’re happy you came, and no one asks for tips.

  Went there and purchased 2 vip packages. The saunas rooms was quite alright but the massage was not OK. The massage was rough and the muscle on my right shoulder mildly dislocated. She has to do extra massage at the end to return them back properly. Then she asked me to fill out surveys. I putted not good and 20k dong in tip and she gave me an attitude and asked for 50k minimum. We just gave each 50k dong to get out of the place. Didn't expect tips in Vietnam as a requirement for this service even it was not a good service.

  Highly NOT recommend. Please give this place a miss. Went for the sauna (170k vnd): Pros: clean place and most things work. Though the sauna rooms were never really hot hot. Jacuzzi is cold so it’s a good way to finish the sauna routine. Cons: doesnt seem to be free to roam and everything is on the clock even there wasnt other people. The staff will actually knock on the door to ask you go to the next room. So you never get to really relax. And the worst thing ever was the noise level among staff. They talked loudly and there were even noise from walkie talkie. Worse than that of morning market. How they run a spa like this baffled me. The korean sauna in da nang was much better.

  We have been loyal customers at this establishment for nearly three years, consistently choosing the VIP packages and paying full price despite not wanting the salt body scrub (even though another reviewer mentioned that Coi adjusted prices for unused services). Yesterday was our final visit. The massage therapist assigned to me was new—I had visited just six months prior, and she wasn't there before. After the session, she expressed dissatisfaction with my 15% tip using a translation app, asking if she had not done a good job. I assured her that the massage was fine. She asked why the low tip amount. Mind you, I am not a big person and I was not difficult. I only requested to not apply pressure on my spine, and not to work on my face and hair. She still used her feet to apply pressure on my spine. We immediately informed the front desk, but they sided with the therapist as if there was no wrong doing. It's disappointing that the establishment chose to support a new employee over a loyal family of regular clients who have visited for years. We will not return and do not recommend this location.
