Very great experience. Super easy to book the free pickup car service and we got complimentary upgrade to The Riverside Spa. The massage was very comfortable and on point. Great and friendly service from all the staff too.

Whilst visiting Hue, my husband and I looked for a couples massage. We actually decided to go for a package in the end. It lasted three hours. We went for the five senses spa massage includes a body scrub, shower and hot stones too. Then as part of the package we had a facial and body wrap too. Such a wonderful experience. Staff friendly and very good at their jobs. Thank you so much.

This spa was amazing!!! It was super affordable too!! Me and my American friends came here and had a great time. The staff is so incredibly kind, they struggle a bit with English but the experience was still great. Totally recommend this spa if you are visiting Hue city

My wife and I both had wonderful body massages here. The massages were performed upstairs in clean, private, air-conditioned rooms. Therapist checked in repeatedly throughout session. Wonderful hospitality before and after the massage. And the prices are slightly cheaper than surrounding places. I highly recommend.

Huyen & staff were simply amazing & extremely pleasant. From the moment i entered the immaculate and super clean spa, i was greeted with a warm and friendly energy. The ladies at the front desk I believe the manager /owner “Huyen” and another woman with glasses both assisted me and helped me choose a massage service. I selected the 60 minute special Vietnamese massage which i enjoyed very much. Prior to the massage, i soaked my feet, was provided with water & some delicious coconut cookies and then taken upstairs for my massage. Massage was extremely relaxing- the first and second floors/bathrooms& massage rooms were clean, near and the entire spa smelled soo nice once you entered. After the massage was over i was seated, given water, yogurt and more coconut cookies. Once i paid i was gifted a box of the coconut cookies which i appreciated and needless to say I was back the very next day to book another massage for 60 minutes prior to departing Hue. I’d def go back and I’d recommend this spa /staff to anyone in that local area since it’s on a Main Street. I found the prices to be quite reasonable (granted I’m from the US). Hence I returned again but more so for the outstanding service & overall 5 star experience that I received 😊.

The best massage I have had I'm Vietnam. My wife and I have had massages in Hanoi, Hoi An and a couple in Hue. Five Senses was by far the best. They followed our requests perfectly and the massage felt much more professional than others, working out knots in my shoulders and applying perfect pressure. I would highly recommend

Such a cute spa with really lovely service. I got my holiday manicure and pedicure (gel on hands, regular white on toes), and I was in a rush so they managed to do everything in about an hour, which I really appreciated. My fiancé had a massage and said the room smelt amazing, was really clean, and overall he was very satisfied. A great little spot if you’re looking for an easy treatment.

The pros: easy booking, kind staff, nice work on the pedicures and leg massage The cons: the tools are not sanitized, they were taken from a shelf with each pedicurist's name on them in a plastic box (not the stainless sanitary ones you'd see if they were sterilized). The foot bath: they started filling and I had to point out that there was bits, a piece of a leaf, and a full big toenail in the basin - she then rinsed it out and rubbed it a bit with her hands. The whole sanitary experience was totally lacking and I didn't see this in other reviews so I had to post one. After the pedicure, the tools were placed back into the plastic box and back onto the shelf, proving the non sterilization. It's a shame because the rest was a pleasant and affordable experience. I hope I don't get any fungal diseases :(
