  I brought my mom and brother here for a full-body massage, and we all had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, and the massage techniques were outstanding. The staff was professional, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

  Full body Massage with hot stone, sensational! I felt so relaxed afterwards. Asked for hard/firm massage and that is what I got. Definitely recommend. 2 minute walk from Melia Vin Pearl. Go do yourself a favour!

  My husband and I did a facial coupled with a shoulder and back massage today and it was great. Firstly, the masseuse was very adapting to me being pregnant using a pregnancy pillow making sure I’m in the right positions and overall the attention to detail was just amazing. It’s absolutely great value for money and we’ll be coming back for sure!!

  I discovered Maia Massage & Spa on Google and decided to bring my sister Olivia Maire with me. We both agree: this was the best massage in Vietnam!! The staff is kind, funny and professional. The massage was perfect. A wonderful balance between deep pressure to release tension and pure relaxation. We walked out feeling refreshed and light 🙌 Every time we’re in Hue, this will be our go-to spa without question. Highly, highly recommended! 👍👍

  I got a good herbal oil and hot stone 90 minute massage from Li. She managed to find my knots and applied the correct pressure. In terms of ambience, have low expectations. It is very basic and strong herbal smells are to be expected. Prices are not way lower than a hotel spa after the room discount but their availability is higher. I walked in here.

  Message is fine, but whole service lack of standard. For example: 1) refuse taking credit card at first when agreed to take credit card over phone. Good thing is they took credit card eventually. 2) The 30% discount advertised on Google Map was not honored, only 20% offered 3) No clear tip policy upfront on anywhere. I am surprised they got such high rating.

  Horrible experience. Place is run down and looks unsanitary. Didnt feel comfortable or relaxed at all was very rushed snd not taken care of. Felt staff is untrained in how to care for clients. The person pressed their finger in my eyes very hard which could have damages them.. Not sure how it got so many reviews. The towels smelt funny, place looked unclean. The actual massage was not relaxing at all. The head massage the person scraped my scalp with her nails and my scalp was burning after. I would recommend trying another place....read other reviews carefully. The bad reviews are true..I wished I read them carefully.

  The only reason I am giving my experience even 1 star is because my massage therapist was really sweet. I walked in and the receptionist was laying down behind the counter and I had to wake her up. The floor upstairs had clumps of hair on it. The massage itself was not great at all (I got the 90 minute). I understand there was some communication issues but that does not change the fact that the therapist seemed to lack training. She went over and over and over the same muscles until I hurt in places I hadn’t hurt when I walked in. When I went to pay the receptionist was laying down again and then they wouldn’t accept credit card.
