  I love this spa and let me say, this is not only a ordinary kind of love, but the spiritual kind. I went to at least 10 spas before this one in this trip. I had tried to book a few days before I could but they were busy. The moment I stepped in, it felt right. The price is reasonable; the service is absolutely amazing. I decided to come back at night for another massage. It’s almost impossible to explain the experience. Somehow the staff created a miraculous bond to me. We understood each other on every level. So this is way beyond the expectation. I felt like I have known them dearly for years. They also didn’t ask to be tipped. But I tipped them well because of how I felt. It’s the connection I had with the city, the people, vibe. This spa represented to me the core value of Hue. I treasured the experience so much I waited until those moment (after 1 months and a half) as I went through a dozens of different provinces to tell my story. In terms of skill, which they possess plenty, I can’t say enough good words. They really care about the store. I highly suggest you to come & check out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

  Great place to relax and recover. I came to SOSONO Spa after cycling more than 1000 kilometers from Hanoi, and it was exactly what I needed. My massage was done by Lan Anh. She is a strong therapist with very good sensitivity and control. Before the massage, she asked which parts of my body were the most painful and tired, and she focused on them during the session. I felt well taken care of, and the massage was perfect for relaxing my tired muscles after such a long bike trip. It was a very good and calm time for real recovery. Highly recommended

  If you're looking for a 'recharge station' to recharge after stressful workdays, then sosono spa is the ideal destination I recently experienced. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was impressed by the gentle scent of lemongrass essential oil blended with soothing meditative music, making all my fatigue seem to disappear instantly. The space here is designed with warm, sophisticated colors and is extremely clean.

  My girlfriend and I had a 75 minute Sosono massage for 475k dong each. My masseuse Leung was excellent and the massage was relaxing, delightfully painful a couple of times. The hot stones was an enjoyable new experience. As much as I enjoyed my Sosono massage, my girlfriend's experience was not quite as good. According to her the masseuse's movements were too rapid for her to relax and she felt her masseuse lacked experience. As someone else had commented, it would have been nicer and more relaxing if the door wasn't opened the few times it was--the rhythm was disrupted and I was left lying alone while, I assume, back end stuff was being done. I would go there again though. The staff was very hospitable and friendly, the place felt clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The 1.25 hour massage was well worth the $19.

  I unfortunately had a poor massage experience here. I spoke to the staff on WhatsApp afterwards, and they offered a new message to make up for the experience, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to make the new appointment. The oil massage felt very dry - I don’t think the massage therapist used enough oil. The therapist’s nails kept scratching me. The room was very cold, at 17 degrees. The head / face pillow was uncomfortable and rough. There was just silence and no music until I asked for it, and you can still hear the noise from the street during the massage The facilities felt poor - no toilet roll in the bathroom and mould everywhere in the bathroom The experience felt rushed. It was supposed to be 75 minutes and it was closer to 60 minutes

  I was looking forward to a relaxing massage but came back disappointed. We we’re in a group of four in the evening. It was a full body massage but somehow I didn’t get a face or feet massage as my friends did. In the beginning she dried my feet with my friends towel. Sometimes during the massage she was gone so I was just lying there. Overall good but only if you go alone or in a smaller group I think.

  Massage was very mid, the masseuse was on her phone the entire time and even dared to ask for a tip. If she wouldnt have asked i still would have given a tip because im generous but begging for a tip and even asking for me to change money and following me is weird
