Hot stone massage: they took great care of us from the beginning until the end. The attentive staff will guarantee an outstanding experience! The relaxing massage will take you to a zen state and open the way to a peaceful day.

I had a shave, a haircut and a massage by a wonderful masseuse (who regrettably I didn’t get her name). She was thoughtful, gentle and caring. An amazing experience and a highlight of my time in Hue. The owners left us with gifts of ginger and mangoes. Would definitely recommend.

Chau and her team were excellent. My friend and I dropped in just to enquire but she convinced to book there and then and we didnt regret it. I had a massage the day before in Hanoi and this was way better. Her staff were so attentive and applied the right amount of pressure, also used hot stones which we weren't expecting. All in all, an excellent experience and highly recommend. If we were staying longer we would definitely return for full body and beyond...

Don’t miss the opportunity to go to this place. Very good massage next to beer street. Totally worth it and good experience.

We had a feet massage. The owner is super friendly and paid a lot attention to our satisfaction. She even gave us ginger candies. Unfortunately, the quality of the massage was not meeting my expectations. I asked twice harder and it stayed the same. I received more massage on my thighs than on my feet. I still put 3 stars because the massage of my wife was great so maybe I just had bad luck.

We were looking for a massage spa for our week long stay in Hue. My husband and I enjoy receiving massages regularly and Google led us here. We’ve had massages in Thailand as well as in Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and we have a good basis for comparison. This place may be fine for foot massages, but it is definitely not suitable for body massages. While the owner was welcoming offering ginger foot soak and tea upon arrival—the experience quickly went downhill. Our massage room was on the first floor, right near the entrance. It was cramped, with three beds squeezed into a small space, and felt neither private nor relaxing. During the 90 minute oil massage, the therapists chatted with each other for most of the time. I specifically asked for the fan to be turned off, as I don’t like air blowing on my naked body during a massage, but it was turned back on and blew directly on me. Combined with the cooling balm used, this made the experience uncomfortable. I thought of ending the session early as I was getting cold from the fan. The technique itself was also unprofessional. The therapist leaned heavily against my lower back while working on my neck and shoulders, which felt inappropriate and poorly executed. Throughout the session, there was constant noise—doors opening and closing, metal buckets dropping, toilets flushing, and running water, making it impossible to relax. Communication was very difficult due to the language barrier. Even when I tried to ask for adjustments (softer on the feet, stronger on the shoulders), the requests were either misunderstood or ignored altogether. While the therapist’s strength was somewhat adequate, the overall quality of the massage was substandard. My husband confirmed that our therapists swapped places in the middle of the treatment. I had an older lady with short hair at the beginning and ended up with a younger lady with a pony tail. At the end, we were offered ginger tea and a small ginger sugar packet, and the owner pointed out returning customers getting foot massages which is great for them. However, this level of service and environment simply did not meet our expectations for a relaxing body massage. Their prices are reasonable like others in Hue and we had better experience in another spa.
