  We used this company to go from Hue to Hoi An. We were kept up to date by Whatsapp. The office is very easy to get to and the staff are very helpful. The coach itself is a luxurious one with massaging seats! I would totally recommend this company and you have to experience the massaging seats!

  Excellent service from Duc! He assisted us with arranging transportation from Senna Hue Hotel and made the entire process seamless.   Great bus company we travelled on a new bus with an excellent driver who never used the horn once and arrived on time. Also great communication from the company regarding pick up time and location. Overall a stress free journey and I will use this company again

  We booked it only one day ahead, got a response immediately and could also text any questions per WhatsApp. They send us the directions and details. We run a little late and 20 minutes before departure they texted us as a reminder. And after we told them that we are late they told us they would wait 5 min for us even though all the other passangers have been already seated. There is nothing to complain about the bus, comfortable seats, air condition, charging spot, multiple options/Buttons to arrange the seat to you desire. Everything is so clean, and the staff is very helpful. After to hours we got a text from the owner, asking if everything is okay (it was!) and he even had a few offers for our stay in hoi an.

  Excellent service. We left on time and arrived earlier than expected (Hue to Hanoi). In addition, the bus was very clean, they gave us water, a pillow and a quilt. The VIP cabin seat we chose for massages! I had a TV, air conditioning and headphones. I really must recommend this company! The guy who sold us the ticket in Hue was super attentive at all times, another company that we booked through 12Go canceled us 2 hours before taking the bus and the G8 company helped us very quickly with a ticket for the next day, since being holidays everything was full for it.

  Received a message saying bus departs 2 hours prior to my original booking so be flexible around departure times. There was no bathroom on the bus. Asked driver when our next stop was and he said in an hour which was not true, it took us 2 hours to get to the rest stop. I was extremely dizzy and felt motion sickness but after about 10 minutes into the trip, I was better. You are unable to sit up (head will touch the roof). I booked via 12goasia. Please be prepared on how to use the Bathroom on the bus when there isn’t a bathroom on the bus. A pillow and blanket is given. Very comfortable on the VIP. Will not do it again bc there isn’t a bathroom and motion sickness. Worth it for the price.
