  We’ve rented bikes here many times, especially whenever a friend visits Hue and wants to explore the city by cycling. There are plenty of options available, but I always go for the MTB from Trek — a well-known international brand you can easily find in many countries. The bikes are well maintained and in great condition. The owner is friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. My friends and I have created so many great memories and enjoyed some truly amazing rides thanks to this place. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again 👌 !!!

  We were so pleased to find this great bike hire place, Hue is a wonderful area to explore and we loved getting out of the city to the tombs and surrounding beautiful countryside. We were welcomed so warmly, given information about locking the bikes, safely parking and also which route to take out of the city for safety and a more picturesque ride. The bikes were in great condition with a helpful basket and phone holder as well as stands and clever locks. We took city bikes with no gears which are easy and the area is flat pretty much everywhere - we only got off in two places for short but slightly steeper hills. When we returned we were greeted like old friends and felt welcomed home! We would TOTALLY recommend you hire bikes from here and explore this beautiful area. It’s been our BEST day so far!!   We found this place on google, and called in as it was close to our hotel. We spoke to a lady called Quynh who was extremely helpful. She listened to our requests, and offered a bespoke tour that suited us for the following day. The bikes were high quality and in good condition, and we had a days cycling of over 50kms with our fantastic guide, Mr T! I can’t recommend this cycle company enough, everything was well organised and executed. 10/10!

  Amazing bike hire shop! Choice of bicycles, e-bikes & motorbikes. I chose a bicycle, good quality / excellent condition, came with a great locking system with a key. Such a great value choice for getting around Hue, seeing all the wonderful sites, great cycle lanes along the Perfume River. Would highly recommend Hue Smile Travel Bike Rental, really good people & they really do smile!

  We took a bike tour with Hue Smile Travel to the countryside and had a cooking tour in the modest home of a villager. It was such a lovely experience and gave us an insight to life in the countryside!!! It's an easy 15km ride on flat (not busy outside of Hue city) roads. The bikes were all very well maintained and rode smoothly. Our guide Thu was super knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He also found very quiet lanes to cycle through the city to avoid the traffic. We learned a lot today and really enjoyed our experience!

  My wife and I rented a couple of mountain bikes on 2 different days.. the staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us the right sized bike and fitting all accessories ( phone holders, locks and helmet ) we done 95 kms over the 2 days and the bikes were fantastic, very well maintained 👍. We would definitely recommend hiring any equipment from the team .. cheers Geoff and Ange Martin from Australia 🇦🇺

  Really easy and professional bike-hire service. Contacted them during dinner on WhatsApp to enquire about availability, had a swift response, and picked up bikes the next morning. Fantastic value: single-gear city bikes for 75k VND for the day, with locks, helmets, a bottle of water, and a wet wipe provided. We had a lovely ride along the river, and returned the bikes shortly before 8pm.

  We rented some e-scooters from Hue Smile Travel Bike Rental and it was one of our favourite activities in our Vietnam trip! The scooter had full battery and we were able to do a loop around the Tam Giang lagoon. It was a really nice way to see Hue countryside and easy for us to use despite us not having much bike experience!
