  We found them while looking for a money changer, Mr. Trung offered to tour us, and we were happy that he was not a hard-sell. He drove us personally, and gave a lot of good insight about the culture of the city and the history of Vietnam. The following day, he arranged another tour for us to places we did not even think of going to, the mangrove forest, and Ho Chi Minh's childhood home, among other things. Maybe places that other's won't be as interested in, but he understood what we liked and tailored the tour for us.

  We took a private tour around Hue with Trung and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was super flexible with everything, picked us up, and drove us around all the main highlights in Hue. All the ticket prices were included, he gave us water, and even added extra during the day which was a really nice touch. While driving, he shared lots of interesting information about the places we visited and answered all the questions we had. He never rushed us at any stop, and every time we finished visiting somewhere, he was already there waiting to take us to the next place. He’s really kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole day feel easy and enjoyable. If you want to see all the highlights of Hue and also learn more about the city, I definitely recommend booking a tour with them—you won’t regret it!

  We booked a private tour in Hue with Trung and had a great experience from start to finish. We actually contacted him just the day before, during a busy period, after two other companies had cancelled on us—and he still managed to organize everything quickly and take us the next day, which we really appreciated. The whole day was smooth and enjoyable, and he shared lots of interesting information about the city and the sites we visited. Trung was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to spend the day with. If you’re looking for someone reliable and flexible, I’d definitely recommend booking with them.

  Such amazing service with excellent prices for buses. Trung was super easy to talk to and went above and beyond to help out with booking a bus a couple hours before departure. He gave me several options with times and prices to different locations departing that night. Also suggesting other booking offices I should go to later in my travels. Had a fantastic chat with Trung; giving fantastic service.

  Very reliable company. We booked two tours and a bus to go to Ninh Binh through them, and we didn’t have any problems at all. They always checked if everything was fine and responded to our WhatsApp messages very quickly. We booked the Hue City Tour, which included the Imperial City, Thiên Mụ Pagoda, An Hien Garden House, the Mausoleum of Emperor Khai Dinh, the Tomb of Minh Mang, and the Incense Village. We had an English-speaking guide, and lunch was included. The other tour was the DMZ Tour, which explored some of the most important sites in the area related to the Vietnam War. We visited the Ancient Citadel of Quảng Trị, Tà Cơn Airport Relic Museum, Hiền Lương Bridge at the 17th Parallel, and the Vinh Moc Tunnels. This tour also included an English-speaking guide and lunch.

  I agree with all the other 5 star reviewers. It was a pleasure to deal with this company - Mr Tung is a real gentleman. The nice car and safe driver he arranged for our ride from Hue to Danang was excellent. Enthusiastic and most informative. Highly recommend.

  Highly recommend Huế Tropical Travel! I had a fantastic experience with this agency. The representative was incredibly responsible and went above and beyond to ensure my trip went smoothly. She took the initiative to contact my hotel directly to verify the exact distance from the bus station, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, she acted as a perfect liaison between me and the transport company for my intercity travel, keeping me updated every step of the way. If you are looking for proactive and reliable service in Huế, this is the place to go!

  We did two tours with this company, a river tour and also a day trip to the DMZ. both were really great! Chung was charming, thoughtful and kind. He even went and bought our (25 year old!) daughter a birthday cake as a surprise! Comfy car, good driving, excellent English, great knowledge, facts about the American war and current Vietnamese culture. One of my favourite days in Vietnam. Thank you!
