  I have booked a ride from Da Nang to Hue and was met with true professionalism. They were waiting for me even before the agreed time, the driver was very polite, the car was super nice and the ride was excellent. I can only recommend them and their services!

  Really loved the service. They were really helpful and was ready to depart the bus just for me as i was the only passenger. The girl who showed me to the bus was also very supportive and really cute. Would love to book if ever in Hue again.

  We rented a motorbike via klook with a good price, the staff was responsive and the bike worked perfectly fine. They also offered free delivery and pick up for the motorbike as long as it is within 3km from their office.

  EDIT: The company values its customers’ experiences, so they provided compensation for mine. It’s reassuring to know they genuinely care and are proactive in resolving issues. ORIGINAL: Unfortunately, our experience traveling from Hue to Hoi A was far from ideal. We booked two back seats in the “Luxury 6-seats” type of car, and while the journey started well with a convenient hotel pickup instead of the suggested meeting point, things quickly went downhill. The car was not a van, rather a slightly larger standard car. This created significant issues with luggage space. Although the ticket clearly states that 20kg luggage is allowed, the car is simply not equipped to handle large suitcases. When another two passengers joined with large suitcases as well, the situation became even worse. The driver managed to fit all the luggage into the back, but this caused my back seat to be bent forward to accommodate a bag. As a result, I was forced to sit in the middle seat next to my boyfriend, which is not a proper seat but merely a small space between the back seats. For the entire trip to Da Nang (2,5hrs) I had to sit cross-legged and squeezed, which was extremely uncomfortable. It was only after one passenger disembarked in Da Nang that my boyfriend and I could switch seats, but by then, much of the journey was already over. The car is clearly not suitable for accommodating large suitcases. Please address this issue and ensure that passengers are informed about luggage restrictions. Based on the car’s size, it can only fit one large suitcase and one smaller one. I’ve attached pictures for reference. Essentially, I did not receive the seat I booked due to the luggage situation.

  Booked a trip from Hue to Da Nang. We were supposed to leave at 7:30PM. When we checked in at around 6:45PM, we were told that something was wrong with the bus and that we will have to wait another hour. The bus ended up coming around 8:30PM. After we got in, we made 2 more stops to pick up other passengers. The whole situation made me think that they allow folks to book at different times, only to pick them up at the same time to ensure a full bus. When we were near Da Nang, they made a group of girls going to Hoi An get out and switch to another car (the 2 cars just pulled off to the side of the road without any warning). The bus itself was nice and seemed new, however, there were at least 3 small cockroaches running around its floor and walls🙃.

  Terrible nightmare! Never book any trips with them! We booked a “limousine” with 2 seats for me and my boyfriend. We have been forced to seat at the front of the van while we booked a van to get nice seats as stated on the photos! After 1h, they accepted to switch for another limousine. It was a disaster, the driver was very not friendly and rough! SO THEY DEDICED to leave us on the side of the road in the middle of the countryside 3 HOURS at 20:00 from Hoi An! Not needed to mention that we had to find a driver and pay more than 60€… If I could I would put 0/5! Not professional at all!!!! My worst experience in Vietnam

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I've been traveling in Vietnam for three weeks, and I've always taken buses, shuttles, and taxis, but I've never been this scared. The driver kept using his phone and overtaking trucks at high speed without following any traffic rules. I don't recommend it to any tourist wanting to travel safely in Vietnam.

  Terrible experience ! We booked a bus trip through iVietnam and everything went bad. They first forgot about us (and other people who booked at the same time too) and had to make calls last minute to find us a car. We ended up leaving 45 minutes late, and instead of travelling in the comfortable limousine bus which we booked, we were forced to travel in a random small and uncomfortable car. The worst thing is that the people from the company didn’t tell us anything and were not sorry about anything. Poor management. I definitely don’t recommend booking with them.
