  We booked our tour on-line. We were extremely grateful to have Hoā as our driver! He was professional and spoke fabulous English. Hoā was full of wonderful insight to the places we visited as well as knowledgeable about the surrounding areas as he drove us from place to place. What a nice respectful driver. Too bad we found him on our last day, wish we had him as our driver all our days in Hue. I recommend Stop & Go Tours, ask for Hoā to be your driver, he’s the best!!!

  The most amazing private tour of gorgeous Hue! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Thanh throughout the historical sites of this ancient area. He’s new to the company but certainly not to the history of this town. It was a non stop history lesson for us and we both agreed that we couldn’t have done Hue any better. He told us tidbits about each stop and some of the local anecdotes, lots of laughs had! I would recommend bringing about 1,000,000 cash or more for 2 as we didn’t have enough but this is where the amazing service really shines. While we were exploring Minh Mangs grounds/tomb he sent a taxi into town to retrieve cash for us and leant us money until we went back into town! As he thought the ATM’s were too far away and we would miss seeing some of the temples/tombs! We really enjoyed his jovial attitude and the music he played that his wife had made for him 😂 if you’re going to visit Hue then I couldn’t recommend this tour enough. Prompt, polite, and went above and beyond!

  We loved our tour today with our guide Vu! He took us from our hotel in Hue to our hotel in Hoi An, via the Hai Van Pass. He's a great guy, good driver (and patient in the traffic!). His English is really good and he tells a lot during the trip, which made the day extra special! We visited the lagune, beach, marble mountains etc. and we could stop along the way anywhere we would like. Really good experience and would recommend to everybody!

  We had two fantastic tours with Stop and Go. Both times we had the same driver, Vu, who really made the experience special. We first did a sightseeing trip around Hue - we had planned to do the citadel by ourselves, and a lot of the tours advertised on the website included the citadel so at first we were a little unsure. However, when we went in to talk to them, it was clear the tour was completely customisable - you could choose any number of stops and add a boat ride if you want. We had originally planned to do the trip the next day, but the person we spoke to said “could you do it today? I have an excellent driver today and the weather is better” - we are glad he did because the driver Vu was really excellent. A great way to see some of the tombs around Hue, and we were very glad to get in the new air conditioned car in between stops to escape from the heat! The second tour we did was a sightseeing transfer from Hue to Hoi An - we were really happy to see Vu in the hotel lobby again when we came down in the morning for this trip! He took us to Lang Co lagoon and the beach on the other side of the peninsula, over Hai Van pass, via some very picturesque fishing boats, to Monkey Mountain (Vu gave us good advice to beware of monkeys stealing our sunglasses!) and then Marble Mountain on the way to Hoi An. He made lots of stops for us to take photos, and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for things to do in Hoi An when we got there. On both tours Vu shared a lot of great information with us on the drive - he told us a lot about the region and history so we appreciated the sights even more, and helped us put things into cultural context. I would strongly recommend this company, and Vu as a driver.

  This post is about Tours NOT cafe. Booked the DMZ tour option 2. Booking was quick and easy. If you pay by card expect a 3% charge on top of price. We booked at about 19.00 the day before the tour and they were able to accommodate us. Our hotel was nearby so we met our driver Hoa at the office. Hoa was fantastic as a driver. His English was great and he gave us lots of information about local sites and vietnamese traditions. We picked up our guide about an hour into the trip. Our guide was Hai, her English was exceptional. The tour was brilliant, better than ones I'd done in the past. Both were very attentive and worked well together. If you want a good tour and have genuine questions about vietnam and her history then make sure you ask for Hoa and Hai. These guys are paid when they work on tours so ask for them.

  We have just come back for the tour to the DMZ area between Hue and Dong Hoi. This is one of the most informative and interesting tours I have been on during my time in SE Asia. Our guide was Thach and our driving was Tua. Thach was an incredible guide, throughout the tour she gave us personalised, clear and detailed information about the different areas we visited. The highlight of the tour was the Vihn Moc tunnels and I truly believe you should come visit here if you are in this area of Vietnam. It is such an incredible place that evokes so much for those who get to walk through the open section of the tunnels, where up to 600 people lived during the 1960s and 1970s. Tua was very informative too, as he told us about the Highway of Horrors & the church which had been destroyed during the 1972 offensive. We want to thank Stop & Go, Thach and Tua for giving us an unforgettable experience.

  We had used Stop & Go on our last visit to Vietnam in 2011 so on returning to Hue in 2025, we tried them again for a day with Sam as our driver and a trip to 4 tombs (of our choosing) and the abandoned water park. Booking was easy, in person at the homestay office and the day itself was excellent. Sam was a very safe driver and it was so interesting talking to him about life in Vietnam. Overall I would highly recommend Stop & Go.

  Tour with Trung today. He was THE BEST! Safe driver, knowledge about how to get around Hue, helpful with ideas, excellent English and a very happy person. Made the day what we wanted and it was great. Lots of Tombs, lunch, and a boat trip.
