  Despite the rain, we really enjoyed our time in Hue, with Matthew. We booked private tours for our family, so Matthew was able to customize for us as desired. We toured the citadel one late morning, enjoyed a food tour that same evening, and the next day, a full day of tombs, lunch and pagoda. Matthew is a fantastic guide who truly loves his city and knows his history! There is a lot to learn while in Hue…. Our time with Matthew was a wonderful lesson in Vietnamese history!

  Amazing tour of the imperial city! Nhien is a local resident, spoke excellent English and was extremely knowledgeable about the history. Would recommend to everyone!

  I booked a walking food tour and had an absolutely amazing experience! Our guide Thanh was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about Hue and the best local dishes around. We got to try so many fun dishes & go to some of the best local spots around the city that I never would have found on my own! Thanh was so helpful and accommodating, she asked if we had any food allergies or dislikes and overall was just an amazing guide! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hue!

  We had a fantastic food tour with Thanh and would highly recommend it! She was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really enjoyable from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and Thanh took us to lots of amazing local places that we never would have found on our own. It was a great way to experience authentic local food while learning more about the culture and the city. If you’re thinking about booking this tour, do it – you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Thanh, for such a wonderful evening!

  The food tour was incredible! It was such a fun experience, and we had the opportunity to try a variety of traditional dishes from Hue. Our guide, Thanh, was attentive throughout the entire tour, explaining the origins and unique characteristics of each dish. She made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. 100% recommended!

  I did the food tour with Thao in Hue. We stopped at 5 different places and had several local dishes which were very delicious!!😍 While we were walking around I enjoyed listening to Thao‘s knowledge about the Vietnamese culture. She is a lovely local and I could learn a lot from her. Food and Thao, highly recommended 🤤🌝

  I honestly could live in Hue i love it so much, my lovely guide was Thao and it was just us walking, talking, eating and laughing ! She showed me all the local spots outside the main city, food was incredible, and we also explored the market. Thao is just so friendly, provides good information about Hur and feels like an old friend, I hope you get her as your guide 😊
