  We used this travel service for the Hue Imperial Tour, which was recommended by our airbnb host in Hoi An, as we wanted to travel to Hue and stay a few nights before moving on to another city. Our airbnb told us this service would be more cost effective than us trying to book all the stops on this tour separately. VM Travel picked us up at our airbnb in Hoi An at 7:30 a.m., picked up others along the way, and by the end of the tour, which was 4 pm, we all got to know each other, including our tour guide (I can only try to spell his name here in English...Cung?). He was VERY informative, had a great sense of humour, and ensured we were all accounted for at every stop! Our driver was excellent and took great care of us, especially driving on the mountain to get to Hai Van Pass. All entrance tickets to our stops and lunch was included (our tour guide told us he pre-arranged our entire lunch...all Hue specialties, and delicious!) Thank you for a wonderful day! Highly recommend this tour company! I would definitely rebook!

  Had a wonderful experience with VM Travel! Jena reply was very prompt and made a nice arrangements for us. Special thanks to Alex for being such a great and attentive driver. We really enjoyed hearing his stories and insights about Hue throughout the journey. Highly recommended!

  I first used VM travel in October 2024 and i was so impressed i used them again for our trip in January 2026. We first had a driver pick us up from Hanoi international airport and drive us to Sapa. And after 3 days another driver to drive us from Sapa to Metropole Hotel Hanoi. Both drivers were on time sent texts and kim the manager was in constant communication with me. Very professional. Next was a day trip to Nimb Binh and had Huy as our guide - he was amazing - spoke excellent English and was the perfect guide again all communication through emails and whats App. Thanks Kim Our transfer from Hanoi to airport and then pick up from Hue airport to Melia Pearl hotel was prompt and professional. Our private day tour of Hue by guide Linh and driver Alex was again thoroughly organised and professional. All spike perfect english. We were kicky to again have Alex drive us from our Hue Melia Hotel to Ho An - he stopped at 4 places all excellent. I thank the professionalism and thorough organisation if VM travel and the drivers unfortunately only remembered Alex and the tour guides both Huy and Linh were exceptional thoughtful friendly energetic knowledgeable - the drivers and the guides really made this holiday with my husband and i so special. Thanks to you all and Kim and other behind the scene managers and i highly recommend and will be using VM travel next time

  Quoc (Alex) took us from the centre of Hue to Hoi An. His driving was very good and he was very friendly. Also happy to answer our questions along the way. We stopped at a few interesting tourist attractions during the drive and they were all very pretty. I am pleased to have booked this company! James & Abi

  Thankyou so much Luyt for fab trip from Hoi An to Hue. We would recommend My Son and City of Ghosts to anyone unsure of the route to take. Luyt was a good driver and very friendly. We appreciated all the insights and hope to see him again for our sightseeing tomorrow/on Tuesday 😇

  Huge thanks to Austin for an amazing full-day tour of Huế. He guided us through the Imperial City (The Citadel), mausoleum of Emperor Minh Man, tomb of Khai Dinh, the Thien Mu pagoda, Dong Ba Market, and the Thuy Xuan incense village and brought the history of Hue to life in a fun, easygoing way. Austin was kind, funny, and super personable, and he was always happy to answer my family’s side questions along the way. The day flew by thanks to him! I highly recommend if you want to really understand Huế and enjoy the experience.

  Excellent friendly tour guide! Beautiful tour on bike of Hoi A city and country side. We enjoyed a fun basket boat tour and local lunch. We made so many fun memories and felt we really saw Hoi An. She gave us lots of good local advice also.

  We had a wonderful time in Hoi An, Vietnam! Our tour of the Hoi An old town was very good and informative. The highlight of our experience was our driver and guide, Ms. Hoa Flower. She was professional, courteous, patient, and very accommodating to our requests. Her extensive knowledge of Vietnamese culture added great value to our tour. She is also an excellent photographer who helped us capture many wonderful memories. If you are visiting Vietnam and have limited time, this tour is a fantastic option. It gives you the flexibility to customize your itinerary and visit the places that interest you most in the old Hoi An. We highly recommend this tour, and if you are fortunate enough to be assigned Hoa Flower as your guide, your experience will be even more memorable. We had an amazing time in Hoi An and would definitely do this tour again! Muchas gracias Flor!
