  Kim is very kind and is a very helpful tour guide. She gives a lot information about the history of My Son holy land and ancient old town HoiAn. I felt like I learned a lot about Vietnam through her. And she even took me to hot places that are popular amoung the locals. Such as herbal tea and coffee. She has a very friendly and warm hearted personality and makes you feel like family. I would definitely book a tour with her again in the future. I think she is good to keep as a friend~

  Kim is an excellent tour guide, well prepared and answering all questions in a perfect way. Further, she gave good advices for the stay in Hoi An.

  Kim is a great tour guide ! She's very sweet, knowledgeable and answered to all our questions on Vietnam culture. I recommend the Hoi An tour for a visit of the old town, of the main city landmarks and to try very tasty local food !

  Good to go at night time, view is better. It is quiet tourist, has bar, restaurants, souvenir shop.

  EDIT: I booked via Trip-advisor, no contact, address is wrong, I walked around to find the office but no where to be found. Phone shut down so I can’t call. Money already being charged. What’s kind of service/partner that tripadvisor is working with? Is it verified? PS: the review was done before I got contacted by the organization, she explained and refunded my money. I made the previous comment because I walked under the sun with the heat at 12pm, looking forward to the trip with food. Understood after her explanation.

  Horrible... The driver couldent find our hotel. We were asked to take a taxi to the harbour. The agency wouldent pay the taxi. At the harbour there was no one to pick us up. Once we found the guide, the guide only spoke baaaaad English. We were talen to Cham island with 18 other pepole (12 max). We were left on our own by the guide and told She would be back in 30 min while she was guiding the vietnamese tourists. And soooo on.... Everything was just NOT god
