  nice big carpeted room with a balcony. love the extra chairs. rooms are equipped with bath tub and the hotel has a kids pool on the roof. the pool water is warm when the sun heats it up. the couple who owns the hotel is friendly and helpful. they have a sincere welcoming smile. the hotel is located in the old quarters and is very near to the citadel. great place to walk around. many good eateries around. the bars can be quite noisy until 11pm though.

  Though the service was great and the treatment was lovely, the rooms definitely need some updating and fixing up. The balcony glass door wouldn’t properly close and a few things were broken. You can definitely tell the hotel has seen better days. Regarding the location, it’s quite centric but there’s a lot of noise and loud music from the bars around. We were truly surprised by how loud they were, definitely should have asked for a speaker recommendation, because we’ve never heard such powerful ones. However, that did limit our rest and sleep, since the music and noise when until around 11-11.30pm

  This place is absolutely dreadful. The room was filthy, the bedding was stained with age, the towels were threadbare. The safe didn't working the wifi didn't exist. We arrived at 9.30am and breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am, there was no food in sight in the breakfast area. The carpets were filthy in the hallway and the lift door was also filthy|There were cigarette butts in the pkants on the balcony, the hotel is supposed to be a non smoking establishment .|I would avpidstaying at the place at all costs.|We left after 30mins and we were not asked why we were leaving at all.

  The manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly.Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well.Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm.You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.

  This place has seen better days. Everything is old and falling apart. Worst of all is the room has only one electric plug. Location is inside walking street so it s quite noisy. Cockroaches walking around.Still i was fine with my stay here because the staff was friendly and rooms have terrace where you can enjoy a smoke but i wouldn t recommend it.

  I've been spending 4 nights in Ideal Hotel Hue. Good price/vale - friendly personnel, good clean room. Hotel is located very central. I made the contract with travel guestreservation what I cannot recomment as the took 80% of commisions and extra charges, so I lost the financial advantage by this overcharge. Do your contract directly with Ideal Hotel, the reception speaks nicely endlish or choose Agoda for their correct conditions

  The hotel is not than modern anymore as it seems on the pictures (I guess they are photoshopped...) But anyway, the rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom with bathtube and hot water kind of that what we needed. They offer laundry service, which was really fast and you can rent some scooters there. There is also a pool on the rooftop. ||||A big plus: breakfast!! The granny is making fresh eggs on your order and they have also pancakes, fruits, bread eg. ||||The beds are a bit to hard for my back, but thats just my opinion and honestly - its not even 20$ a night - so why complain!!!

  Although the building is rather old and facilities are limited. It's still high value in view of the room price and convenience location. The staff in Ideal are very friendly and helpful.They professionally solved all my needs including local tour booking, inter-city bus ticket, shopping recommendations.I can sit in the hotel lobby relaxing to wait for buses pickup without worry missing the buses. ( Especially, comparing with previous experiences on waiting outside travel agencies or bus stations.)Their attitude on frequently updating me the pickup bus status impressed me.
