  Had so much fun and fully relaxed with my family for 3 days! Staff is very helpful and can communicate very well with us, room is also very comfortable and bath tub was perfect, the breakfast included has so many varieties and so delicious! Price was also very reasonable for 3 days, and you can find hotel staff An at the reception for any questions! But environment around the hotel is quite loud as it is a tourist area so would recommend bringing earplugs if you r a light sleeper.

  Simply a fabulous hotel, far superior to anything else in its price category. A big shout-out to receptionists AN and NA for providing superb service at every moment of the day - Thank you, An and Na! Besides this great and friendly service, the room was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony was awesome. The half-outside pool was refreshing and the breakfast was outstanding! Even though the hotel is in an extremely busy area, the rooms on the higher floors are well soundproofed. The location is excellent as well.

  I had a really pleasant experience during my stay. The staff, especially An and Tien, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm service truly made a difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and how everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The location is also a big plus—very convenient and accessible, with everything I needed nearby. It made getting around simple and stress-free. Last but not least, the food are excellent and it really taste good. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Thanh Lich Hue Hotel is the best hotel in its price class that I have ever stayed in. The room was beautiful, the view was spectacular, the bed was very comfortable, and the swimming pool was lovely. The breakfast buffet was generous, with a huge selection, and so delicious! A big shout-out to receptionists An and Na, who went above and beyond with their friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism with irresistable charm. I would come back to Vietnam just to stay in this hotel!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Than Lich Hue Hotel. The real stand out was the kindness and care from all of the staff- especially An and Mihn. They were all super friendly and eager to help when we needed it. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only odd thing was the lack of a bathroom door but we worked around it. The buffet breakfast was also good- with a good selection of local and western dishes and plenty of fruit. The location is pretty good- being close to restaurants, bars and clubs but not too close to hear them. The pool was also nice and cold and a great relief from the heat.

  We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The facilities are very nice. I have tried a swimming pool, and breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from. The front desk staff were very friendly. really convenient location as well. The street right in front of the hotel has the weekend nights street walk which means they close down the street and restaurants and vendors extend their seating area into the street so it was quite fun.

  I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.The only area that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. During breakfast, I noticed some children touching food items and then putting them back on the serving trays. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but the situation was not addressed. While this may be difficult to control completely, greater attention to food hygiene in the buffet area would help ensure a more pleasant experience for all guests.Overall, a great stay with excellent service, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

  In this Hotel we had the Best breakfast ever here in Vietnam! Really Nice. There is also a Restaurant for lunch and Dinner, but we didnt try it, nether than the Pool. Also the location is perfect to explore Hue by foot. Its on the walking Street and not far from the market and from the historical sights. The Staff was Really friendliy and carrying. They prepared is a lunch box for the Train as we leaved for Ninh binh. The bathroom and the shower is Great. The beds are a Little Bit Hard. You also have a fridge and a AC in the Room. Nice stay! We would come back.
