  Best frappe ever. Tall glass, tall spoon. Plenty of tables and chairs outside. But no cakes!

  Good-quality drink but the service is very variable. I have met nice waiter but some waitress are very bad. They do not even care about the client. I still recommend this place because of nice view.

  I never had an experience like this in my whole life. I don’t know if the people who are working there do it on purpose or not but they were sooo unfriendly.. not one smiley, not one friendly look or anything. Not once. When some came to take our order, when they brought the food, when we wanted to pay, all of those moments we interacted with 3 different people and not one of them was polite.. I even told the waiter about this behaviour but he only replied by talking about the bill. I would definitely not go there again even tho the coffee was good (although way too much sugar but that happens in more places here)

  Previously I would have given a 4 star rating but after today I will never return. Started with servers standing, looking at me but not serving me. Altogether, an unpleasant experience!

  I would not waste my time going here at all. Its a big coffee place with limited staff. Service for a coffee took 20mins and i had to order twice. The first time it just didnt turn up at all. Wow the staff are so bad. Talk about dragging their bottom lip on the ground. Know matter how polite i was or my smiling at them they wouldnt smile at all in fact 1 was even quite rude. Will never go back again. Even the other foreigners that i was with will never go back and we live in this area. Bad service and rude is all i can say. Its a pity because the location is great. Right beside the river
