  An OK coffee in an OK coffee shop. Went in here for coffee as needed to use their WiFi but would usually buy coffee from a pavement style coffee vendor

  No reason for the staff to be unprofessional untrained to the customer as you're far away from HCMC where Highland is so developed. I came you guys to enjoy my hang-out with my friends for some chatting, with few coupons I had got from a shop in HCMC. He had no "Hi, hello, welcome to...", no introduction what promotion is happening here, no recommendation, no smiling,... things a new customer should be received from a FWB staff may have trained to behave. Yah, we came to have fun but this is a quick "run". P/s: Don't want to use Vietnamese cuz it may be too heavy to you guys, may hurt, but it should!

  I odered a HOT lotus tea for my father obviously. Howerver they made a COLD lotus tea instead. I asked them to change it but they did not because they said that they had not heard I ordered a HOT lotus tea. It was in the morning and I did not want to argue with them. I had to order a new drink for my father. It was a bad service and I was so dissappponted with a famous brand.

  Service from entering of security till order so much bedly. Honestly service compare in Saigon so much different. Kindly camera could show my meaning. Thank you.
