  We wanted to highly recommend this laundry service. We have been traveling throughout Vietnam on vacation and needed to do laundry. It cost us less than $3 US for over 10 lb of clothes. We dropped the laundry off in the morning and it was done the same day. It was washed, dried and nicely folded. Our washed underwear and socks were even in separate bags. :) We couldn't have asked for a better service.

  What a great laundry service! The laundry service at our hotel was expensive so we looked for a local laundry service. We are so happy we found this business! The price was so bery reasonable and it was a quick same day turn around for our laundry. I pointed out a couple of stains on our shirts from our novice attempts using chopsticks and slurping pho 😄🙄 if they could please maybe treat them and there were no stains when I checked them afterwards. The clothes were washed, dried and neatly folded. We highly recommend them if you need laundry done in Can Tho. 😊

  I really appreciate this place. They were within walking distance of my hotel and did two loads of laundry for me. Everything came back clean and fresh.

  Excellent laundry service. They wash, dry, and fold your dirty laundry for less than $ 5 USD for 7kg. I can't pay my mother for that price.

  I am very disappointed with both the ironing quality and the customer service. I paid 220,000 VND including home delivery, expecting a professional result. However, the shirts were returned visibly wrinkled. The collars were not properly ironed, and one shirt was ironed only halfway while the other half remained wrinkled. This clearly shows poor and inconsistent ironing, not just folding marks. In addition, the way you responded was not polite or professional. When you asked me if I was satisfied, I honestly said I was not. After that, instead of handling the situation with proper customer service, your replies became defensive and unfriendly. Blaming the customer and saying I should have given different instructions is not an acceptable way to treat a paying customer. I paid for a professional ironing service, and I expected both good quality and respectful customer care. Unfortunately, I did not receive either. I have attached photos as evidence. I hope you improve both your ironing standards and your customer service attitude.
