  Tucked away a short Grab ride from the main hustle and bustle, No.1 Laundry truly lives up to its name. The service and quality you receive for the price are exceptional. I dropped off a full bag of laundry containing coloured clothes, whites, delicates, and two pairs of shoes. My clothing was returned the very same afternoon, neatly folded, freshly scented, and ironed exactly as requested. The shoes took a little longer, which was expected, but they were delivered on time and came back looking fantastic. The result was so impressive that I felt compelled to write this review. I would highly recommend No.1 Laundry to any traveller needing professional laundry and shoe-cleaning services at a very reasonable price. Reliable, efficient, and excellent value for money.

  We used their services and it was great! Good service and communication. They picked up our clothes straight from the hotel and dropped them back off once they were finished. The clothes came neatly folded. Super convenient and we are very happy. They even cleaned shoes. Would recommend.

  I recently used No.1 Laundry and had a great experience. I dropped off my clothes the night before, and they were ready for pickup the very next day. Their pricing is calculated by weight, which I found convenient and straightforward. I reached out via WhatsApp and was helped by Thinh, who was extremely responsive. They informed me that No.1 Laundry offers drop-off services directly to your residence, which I decided to use. My laundry was delivered in a timely manner, and the entire process was hassle-free. Overall, I was impressed by their efficiency, communication, and convenience. I will definitely be using their services again!

  Sat on a red plastic chair and stained my white shorts, was turned away from a differnt place before coming here. He had a look and did a test clean on them whilst I was there then confirmed he could do it. He then dropped them off the next day and the look brand now! Very happy, highly recommend

  I used No. 1 Laundry for my washing and drying while I was in HCMC, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I gave clear instructions on how I wanted my laundry done, and they delivered exactly as requested. Highly recommend.

  I dropped my laundry here because of the good reviews but was quite disappointed. Yes, the turnaround time was very quick (within 4 hours) and the price was reasonable. However, the clothes came back creased and most of them needed to be ironed. I had the same clothes done at Tiệm Giặt PaLeo for the same price and they were neatly folded without creases and even delivered to my previous hotel at no extra charge.

  After what I thought was a good experience with a great price, I just found out my favorite dress was ruined by bleach! I came on November 13th 4pm and the girl working already looked busy and unfriendly. I told her I needed my whites separated and bleached. I didn’t know she would handle my clothes incorrectly. Beware.
