Very good service. Good food and got the famous elefant ear fish from Mekong. We can eat next to the Mekong river in peaceful place. One fish for two people is ok.

Came here as a stop off whilst driving from Ho Chi Minh to Can Tho. Beautiful location as you can sit and dine right on the Mekong in a wooden hut. Unsure about the previous negative reviews… we found the service excellent. Met at the door by a kind young man who escorted us to a private table on the river. He promptly took our drinks and food order whilst recommending items and helping to translate the menu (English speaking). The food came out sharpish and was really enjoyable. We tried their signature ‘Elephant Ear Fish’. It came with ample rice and was seasoned very nicely with some additional dips and fresh pineapple / salad too. The price was reasonable for a whole fresh fish and the beers weren’t expensive either. We would certainly return to Mekong Taste. Thank you very much 👏🏻

I was here as part of a group tour. Food was tasty. They charged extra for drinks without giving any heads-up about it. I wouldn't come here by myself I guess. It's ok. - Review by NeoSree Stories. Find me on YouTube/Insta/FB/TikTok/Twitter for travel stories.

Can't rate the rooms as I didn't stay there. But the exterior looks like a resort. Went there for lunch during a tour, their food is quite salty imo. Fried springrolls were the best, followed by the rice paper wraps with fried fish and the sauce they gave (self-wrapped). Soup and the fish with sauce (small black bowl in my picture) was too salty.

Food is good. We were dropped here by saigontourist tour. The drinks that we have to pay for are very expensive(CHAC CHEM TOI DA). 85k for a lousy nua mia that is worth less than 10k somewhere else

came to eat here on a tour group. enough said. restaurant is meant to be of Mekong taste however im not so sure it is. meat was tough, referring to the pork and chicken. fish was okay but it was overcooked. come to think of it.. im almost certain everything was cooked well in advanced and just sat there for serving as it wasnt freshly 'hot'. the soup and rice were hot. as mentioned, i only dined here as it was part of a tour package. would i come again on my own? no thanks.

Came to review and I’m shocked at how high the rating is! We got a set menu of 9 dishes so safe to say we tried them all, the fish was so dry! The chicken breast was cooked so much I almost broke a tooth biting into it. The fresh fruit was warm and I saw it sitting out when I walked out to leave. The spring roll and fried eggplant the only saving grace. Don’t think you could pay me to come back. The only reason I dined was because it was part of a tour.
